SANJAY @ FALLA ASSOCIATE OF DESPERATE CRIMINAL JITENDER @ GOGI INVOLVED IN HIS ESCAPE FROM POLICE CUSTODY ARRESTED

The Special Staff of Outer District, Delhi has done conspicously good work by arresting a  criminal Sanjay @ Falla S/o Surajbhan R/o Village Alipur, Delhi who is involved in escape of desperate criminal Jitender @ Gogi from police custody. In this regard a case vide FIR No. 380/16 u/s 186/332/341/224/225/395/ 397/120B IPC and 25/27 Arms Act dated 30.07.2016 PS City Bahadurgarh was registered.


INCIDENTS:

           On 30.07.2016, notorious gangster Jitender @ Gogi s/o Mehar Singh r/o Village Alipur, Delhi was being taken to a court in Narwana, District Jind, Haryana in connection with trial of a murder case. 4 armed guards of 3rd Bn. DAP were deputed to produce him in the Court of Haryana. Armed guards alongwith accused Jitender boarded a Haryana roadways bus from ISBT, Kashmere Gate to Jind in the early morning. At about06:00 AM, when the bus reached near village Sankhol, Bahardurgarh,Haryana, 10 persons came in two cars (one i20 and another SX4) who forced the driver to stop the bus and entered in the bus. They overpowered the armed guards by throwing chilli powder in their eyes and also fired one round and got their associate released from police custody. They also snatched one automatic rifle MP-5 from one of the police personnel. On this a case vide FIR No.380/16 u/s186/332/341/224/225/395/ 397/120B IPC and 25/27 Arms Act dated 30.07.2016 PS City Bahadurgarh was registered. It also came to notice that the i20 car used in the crime was robbed on 29/07/2016 in the area of PS Bawana, Delhi.

TEAM & INVESTIGATION:

          Keeping in view the gravity of the offence a team comprising of ASI Devender, ASI Jagdish, HC Rajesh, HC Nahar Singh, Ct. Naveen, and Ct. Narender of Special Staff Outer District was constituted under the leadership of Inspector Mahabir Singh and overall supervision of Sh. Dharamvir Singh, ACP/Operations Outer District, Delhi. Inspector Mahabir Singh directed all the team members to develop information about the wanted criminals. The team has relentlessly done hard work to gather information about the details of persons involved and present whereabouts of the wanted criminals.

          On 08.08.2016 at about 04.30 PM, specific information was received by ASI Devender that a member of Gogi gang who had played a crucial role in this crime would come at G.T. Karnal road, By-pass, Delhi The above team acted swiftly and nabbed one Sanjay @ Falla s/o Surajbhan r/o Village Alipur, Delhi.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
