SENSATIONAL MURDER CASE OF PS BEGUMPUR, DELHI WORKED OUT.

ANOTHER EIGHT MONTH OLD MISSING MYSTRY OF PS BEGUMPUR SOLVED.

ACCUSED PERSONS COMMITTED THE MURDER OF THE MISSING PERSON IN UTTARAKHAND.

ONE MOTORCYCLE STOLEN FROM THE AREA OF PS PRASHANT VIHAR, DELHI RECOVERED.

ANOTHER MURDER CASE OF PS BAWANA WORKED OUT AND MOBILE PHONE USED IN THE CRIME RECOVERED.

Crime Branch has arrested 3 dreaded/notorious criminals (i) Shyam Singh @ Surender Mota (35 yrs) s/o Gangaram r/o B-60, Rajiv Nagar, Begumpur, Delhi, (ii) Parveen @ Sushil (26 Yrs) s/o Late Matadin r/o H.No. G-282, Rohini, Sec-20, Pooth Kalan, Delhi and (iii) Chetan Kaushik (21 yrs) s/o Vishnu Dutt Kaushik r/o H.No. 74, Near Ganga Toli Mor, Pooth Khurd, Delhi. Accused Shyam Singh & Parveen @ Sushil were involved in the incident of sensational murder which took place in the area of PS Begumpur, Delhi. Accused Shyam Singh @ Surender Mota was also involved in committing the murder of one person namely Gurpreet Singh (Age 36 yrs) s/o Sh. Mahender Pal Singh r/o D-4/75, Rama Vihar, Begumpur, Delhi, who was reported missing since December, 2015. One pistol used in the crime alongwith two live cartridges recovered. One motorcycle stolen from the area of PS Prashant Vihar, Delhi which was used in crime has also been recovered. 

In another operation, another accused namely Chetan Kaushik (21 yrs) s/o Vishnu Dutt Kaushik r/o H.No. 74, Near Ganga Toli Mor, Pooth Khurd, Delhi-39 has been arrested and murder case of PS Bawana, which was registered vide FIR No. 300/16 dt. 18/07/2016 u/s 302 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act has been worked out. Mobile phone used in the crime has been recovered.

INCIDENT: -

          On 24.07.2016, an incident of murder took place in Rajiv Nagar, Begumpur, Delhi. One person Harish r/o Begumpur, Delhi who owned a water treatment plant in Begumpur area was killed by two bike borne assailants using fire arms. One of them was identified as Surender @ Mota r/o Rajiv Nagar. Both the accused person were absconding. A case vide FIR No.498/16 u/s 302/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act was registered at PS Begumpur, Delhi in this regard.  

          In another incident one Rohit was shot dead at Village Pooth Khurd on 18/07/2016 and a case FIR No.300/16 dt. 18/07/2016 u/s 302 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act was registered at PS Bawana in this regard. 

INFORMATION AND OPERATION: -

On 01.08.2016, an information was received by ISC, Crime Branch that one Surender @ Mota alongwith his associate, who were involved in recent incident of murder of one businessman, who owns a water treatment plant, would come near ESI Hospital, Sec-15, Rohini to commit another crime. It was also informed that they would also be carrying illegal arms with them. On this information, a team led by ACP Sanjay Sehrawat, consisting of Insp. P C Yadav, SI Gurmeet Singh, HC Dinesh Singh, Cts. Virender, Ajay, Parminder, Rahul and Ranbir was constituted under the supervision of DCP Bhisam Singh and overall supervision of Addl. CP KK Vyas.

On the basis of the information, a trap was laid near ESI Hospital, Sec-15, Rohini and accused personsShyam Singh @ Surender Mota and Parveen @ Sushil, who came on a motorcycle, were apprehended. One sophisticated pistol alongwith two live cartridges was recovered from the possession of accused Shyam Singh @ Surender Mota and one stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of accused Parveen @ Sushil. A case vide FIR No.136/16 u/s 411 IPC & 25 Arms Act was registered at PS Crime Branch, Delhi in this regard.

In another operation, an information was received that one accused Chetan Kaushik, who was involved in murder of one Rohit, which took place in the area of PS Bawana, would be coming in Rohini area. On this information, a team led by ACP Sanjay Sehrawat, consisting of Insp. P C Yadav, HCs Ajeet, Surender Rathee, Abhay Singh, Dinesh Singh, Cts. Sandeep, Ranjeet, Vijender, Vikram and Sunil was constituted under the supervision of DCP Bhisam Singh and overall supervision of Addl.CP KK Vyas. On the basis of information, a trap was laid near 24-25 Sector Red Light, Rohini and accused Chetan Kaushik was apprehended. One mobile phone used in the crime was recovered from the possession of accused Chetan Kaushik.

INTERROGATION: -

          During interrogation, accused Shyam Singh @ Surender Mota disclosed that Harish used to pass comments about his wife publically and he was also not returning a loan given to him by the accused. This annoyed him and he roped in his associate Parveen @ Sushil in the plan to commit murder of Harish. On 24.07.2016, both of them reached near the office of Harish on a bike. They called Harish out of his office and Shyam Singh @ Surender Mota pumped bullets into Harish. After committing the murder, both of them went absconding. 

          Interrogation of accused Shyam Singh @ Surender Mota has further revealed that in the month of December, 2015, accused Shyam Singh alongwith one Brijesh R/o Karala, Majri, Delhi had taken one Gurpreet Singh (Age-36 Yrs) S/o Mahender Pal Singh R/o D-4/75, Rama Vihar, Begumpur, Delhi to Uttarakhand and both of them committed his murder near Mukteshwar. They dumped the dead body in a ditch and came back to Delhi. The said Gurpreet Singh had some financial dispute with Brijesh. A missing report of Gurpreet Singh has been found registered at PS Begumpur vide DD No. 14A dated 07/12/2015.  

          Accused person also disclosed to have stolen one motorcycle from the area of PS Prashant Vihar, Delhi for committing crime. A case vide FIR No. 876/16 u/s 379 IPC has been found to be registered at PS Prashant Vihar. The stolen motorcycle has been recovered. The said motorcycle was used in the murder of Harish.

          Interrogation of accused Chetan Kaushik has revealed that Rohit r/o Village Pooth Khurd had beaten Gaurav @ Monti of the same village as Gaurav was allegedly harassing some family member of Rohit. To avenge his said beating, Gaurav @ Monti roped in Rinku @ Sultan @ Bhenga in the plan to commit murder of Rohit. Gaurav @ Monti tasked accused Chetan Kaushik to monitor movements of Rohit. For this purpose, they bought mobile phones for communicating with each other. On the day of incident, accused Chetan Kaushik informed Gaurav @ Monti about the presence of Rohit in front of his house. At this Gaurav @ Monti along with Rinku @ Sultan @ Bhega came near the house of Rohit and shot him dead. After committing the murder, all of them went absconding.
