MURDER CASE OF DANCE TEACHER SOLVED, TWO ARRESTED

With the arrested of two accused persons namely (1) Deepak aged 22 years s/o Bishan Lal r/o E-Block, Molarband Ext., Badar Pur, Delhi and (2) Manoj aged 22 years s/o Sant Ram r/o Molarband Ext., Badar Pur, Delhi, the staff of Police Station Jait Pur, South-East District, Delhi has solved the murder case of a dance teacher within 24 hours.
INCIDENT
On 19.08.16, one Nitin Kumar r/o Hari Nagar Part-II, Jaitpur, Delhi reported that on 19.08.16 at about 12:15 PM, two boys aged about 20/22 years came to his house on a motorcycle and took his elder brother Gaurav aged 23 years on their motorcycle. After about 15-20 minutes, a boy residing in the neighbourhood came to his house and informed that someone had stabbed his brother in Transformer Wali Gali, Hari Nagar Part-II, Jaitpur and he was lying in the street in pool of blood. Gaurav was taken to AIIMS Trauma and local police was also informed about the incident. Subsequently, a case vide FIR No. 463/16 u/s 307/34 IPC was registered at PS Jaitpur and investigation was taken up. On the night intervening 19-20/0/16, Gaurav succumbed to his injuries in the hospital and section 302 IPC was incorporated in the case.
TEAM & INVESTIGATION
A police team led by Inspr. Ram Sahay Meena Inspr. Inves./PS Jaitpur consisting of SI Dinesh, SI Vishnu, SI Parvesh, SI Arvind, Ct. Sanjay and Ct. Rajbir was immediately constituted under the supervision of Shri Ashok Saroha (looking after the charge of ACP/Sarita Vihar).
During investigation, it was revealed that deceased Gaurav is a dance teacher in ‘Jalwa Dance Academy’ Luvkush Chowk, Saurabh Vihar, Delhi. The identity of assailants could not be disclosed in the local enquiry. However, during questioning from the owner of dance academy, it was revealed that about 4-5 days ago, a quarrel took place between the deceased and a student Deepak on a minor issue and Deepak resides somewhere in Molarband Ext., Delhi. Subsequently, on the basis of local intelligence, the residence of suspect Deepak was traced but he was found absconding due to which the suspicion grew deep. Thereafter, sources were deployed and local intelligence was collected. On the afternoon of 20.08.16, an information was received that suspect Deepak would come in the area of Molarband Ext. and acting upon this information, the police team laid a trap and apprehended him.

INTERROGATION
During interrogation, accused Deepak disclosed that about 4-5 days before, he met with a quarrel with the deceased in the dance academy which was pacified by the academy owner. On the night of 19.08.16, deceased along with other boys beat him due to which Deepak decided to take revenge from the deceased. He arranged a knife, he alongwith one Manoj went to the house of deceased on a motorcycle and took him in Transformer Wali Gali and stabbed 3/4 times with the knife and escaped on his motorcycle. Further at his instance, his accomplice Manoj was also apprehended from his residence. The motorcycle used in the offence has also been recovered.
