BRUTAL MURDER CASE OF PS AMBEDKAR NAGAR SOLVED

FOUR ARRESTED : WEAPON OF OFFENCE RECOVERED

With the arrested of four accused persons namely (1) Narender @ Anmol aged 27 years s/o Kailash r/o G-II/185, Madangir, Delhi; (2) Sonu aged 31 years s/o Prem Chand r/o K-II/17, Madangir, Delhi; (3) Sanjay @ Don aged 48 years s/o Late Ghasi Ram r/o G-II/341, Madangir, Delhi and (4) Ankit @ Golu aged 20 years s/o Vinod r/o G-II/106, Madangir, Delhi, the staff of Police Station Ambedkar Nagar, South-East District, Delhi has solved a case of abduction-cum-murder within 24 hours. Weapon of offence i.e. pistol + 2 live cartridges and two spades have been recovered from their possession.
INCIDENT
On 13.08.16, one Smt. Muskan Jaiswal r/o H.No. K-II/23-24, Madangir, New Delhi came to PS Ambedkar Nagar and reported that her husband Rajesh Jaiswal had gone out of the house in the evening of 12.08.16 but did not return back. In this regard a missing report was lodged. On the very next day i.e. 14.08.2016, complainant Smt. Muskan Jaiswal again came to PS Ambedkar Nagar and reported that before leaving the house, her husband Rajesh Jaiswal had made telephonic conversation with his known Narender @ Anmol, Sonu and Sanjay @ Don, all residing in the neighbourhood. She had suspicion that her husband had been abducted by these persons. Subsequently, a case vide FIR No. 471/16 u/s 365/34 IPC was registered and investigation was taken up.

TEAM, INVESTIGATION & INTERROGATION
A police team led by Inspr. Rakesh Kumar SHO/Ambedkar Nagar consisting of Inspr. Ajab Singh, SI Brham Prakash, Ct. Anil Kumar, Ct. Inderjeet, Ct. Munee Ram and Ct. Makhan was immediately constituted.
During investigation, it was revealed that complainant’s husband was a property dealer and suspected persons were also in same profession. Several raids were conducted at the house of suspected persons but they were found absconding. The police teams laid traps nearby their houses. The team managed to apprehend one Narender @ Anmol from his house and during interrogation, he confessed that there was a property dispute with abducted Rajesh Jaiswal who had recently sold a property adjoining his house to some other person. He hatched a conspiracy alongwith his associates (1) Sonu; (2) Sanjay @ Don and Ankit @ Golu, all residents of Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi. As per their plan, they called Rajesh Jaiswal in the evening of 12.08.16 by alluring that they want to purchase that property at higher rates and also asked him to bring documents of the property. When he came at the desired place, they offered him drinks and subsequently, they put him in a car and murdered him by firing a shot and buried the dead body in a vacant plot somewhere at Palwal Haryana.
At his instance, all the remaining three accused persons were also arrested on 15.08.16. At the instance of accused persons, Scooty of deceased bearing registration No. DL3SDB 5750 and Santro Car No. DL2CW 6730 (which was used in the commission of crime) have been recovered. On the basis of disclosure of accused persons, a team of police personnel went to Palwal (Haryana) and approached PS Sadar, Palwal where it was transpired that an unknown body has been recovered in the jurisdiction of P.S. Sadar, Palwal and a case FIR No. 527/16 dated 15.08.16 u/s 302/201 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Palwal and the dead body of deceased has already been shifted to the mortuary of Jila Chikitshlaya, Palwal. Thereafter, the police team of PS Ambedkar Nagar alongwith the staff of Haryana Police reached  the place i.e. Vacant Plot in the area of Dighot, Palwal (Haryana) where the accused persons pointed out the place where dead body of deceased was buried. Two spades and a country made pistol with two live cartridges used in the commission of crime have also been recovered. Subsequently, sections 302/201 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act have been incorporated in the case.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
