AUTO-LIFTERS/BURGLARS/ROBBERS CUM DACOITS AND RECEIVER ARRESTED BY THE POLICE OF NORTH EAST DISTRICT


HIGHLIGHTS:Two Notorious auto-lifters cum burglars cum robbers cum Dacoits arrested. Two receiver of stolen property arrested.One stolen M/Cycle recovered.Three robbed gold chains recovered.Five computers LED screen four CPU and one key board recovered.  
With the arrest of notorious criminals namely (1) Amir S/O Babu R/O V-186, Gal No. 4, Suhash Mohalla, North Ghonda Delhi aged 22 years, (2) Salman S/O Abdul Raheem R/O H No. A-62, Gali No. 2, New Mustfabad Delhi aged 24 years, and two receiver of stolen property namely Shahid S/O Islamuddin R/O A-175, Gali No. 8, Bhagirthi Vihar Delhi aged 40 years and Ravi S/O Chiranji Lal R/O C-172, Bhagirthi Vihar Delhi aged 25 years,  Special Staff of North East District has done excellent work and worked out Six (12) cases of auto lifting, Burgalry, Robbery and snatching of various Police Station of North East District and recovered Three robbed Gold Chain, one stolen M/Cycle, Five Computers LED screen, four CPU, and one key board.


INFORMATION On 05/08/2016 secret information was received that two notorious criminals would come on a stolen M/Cycle at DTC Bus Depot Yamuna Vihar to meet his associates. On this information a team of Special Staff was constituted and nakabandi was laid near main gate of DTC Bus Depot. At about 11.25 PM one Motor Cycle bearing registration number DL-13S-N-4749 driven by accused Amir was stopped. Accused Salman was sitting as pillon rider. On checking the said Motor Cycle was found stolen from P.S. Seemapuri area vides e-FIR No.00285/16 U/S 379 IPC. After interrogation both accused persons Amir and Salman were arrested vide U/S 41.1 (d) & 102 CrPC dated 06/08/2016   P.S. Bhajanpura .
A team of Special Staff North East District consisting of SI Shahid Ali, ASI Rakesh Kumar, HC Parmod Ct’s  Brahmpal, Krishan, Kapil,& Neeraj   under the leadership of Inspector Gajendra Kumar I/C Special Staff and under overall supervision of Sh Sanjay Singh ACP/OPS North East was formed.  
INTERROGATION Accused persons were interrogated at length. After that sustained interrogation of accused persons Amir and Salman it was revealed that both accused persons are involved in crime since 2014. In 2014 both along with their associates namely Raja and Nawab were involved in the theft of ATM machine from Bhajanpura area but they could not succeed to open that machine. They had left the ATM Machine as abundant in the Loni Ghaziabad area. Both Accused along with his associates Raja, Nawab and Shera were involved in a robbery case committed at Loni Road Transport Authority in the year of 2014. Both accused persons again confessed that they along with their associates Raja, and Nawab were involved in the burglary case committed in the month of May 2016 in MCD Primary School B-2 Block Yamuna Vihar. Further, both accused persons Amir and Salman disclosed their involvements in so many cases of Chain Robbery/snatching. At the instance of accused persons one Ravi who was involves in the receiving of robbed gold chain was arrested three robbed gold chains were recovered from his shop. One receiver Shahid who was involved in the receiving of theft articles was also arrested at the instance of accused persons and stolen five Computers LED screen, four CPU, and one key board were recovered from his shop.  Search of co accused Raja, Shera and Nawab were made and found that all three persons are already running in J/C in different cases from P.S. Bhajanpura.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. There is a long history of gang war in Najafgarh and adjoining areas.
