NOTORIOUS GANGSTER OF SOUTH WEST DISTRICT, SHARP SHOOTER OF INFAMOUS ANIL @ GANJA GANG, DECLARED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER, ARRESTED

  • Crime Branch has arrested a dreaded and desperate criminal Pradeep @ Bablu (38 yrs) s/o Ramesh Chand r/o Shyam Vihar Colony, Ph-II, Vill. Deenpur, Delhi, who was wanted in a sensational murder case reported vide FIR No. 246/14 u/s 302/120B/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, PS IGI Airport, Delhi. He was on run since 2014 and also declared Proclaimed Offender. He is a sharp shooter of infamous Anil @ Ganja gang.
INFORMATION, TEAM AND OPERATION:- For apprehension of parole and bail jumpees, extortionists, wanted and rewarded criminals of sensational & heinous cases, a team of officers of Special Team led by ACP Jitender Singh, comprising of Inspr. Puran Pant, SIs Ajit Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Karan Singh, ASI Surender, HCs Parveen, Satish, Narender, Bijender, Virender, Anil, Cts Sonu, Anil, Parminder, Ajay, Parveen, Parvesh, Sandeep, Dipesh and Rajiv Raghav was constituted under the close supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh and under overall guidance of Addl.CP K.K.Vyas to make all possible efforts to establish their hideouts and to apprehend them.
The team so constituted, while working on such criminals, collected information through all possible sources and started tracking one desperate and dreaded criminal of South-West District Pradeep @ Bablu, who is wanted in a sensational murder case of IGI Airport, Delhi. For his apprehension, a number of suspected hideouts in Delhi, UP West and Haryana were raided and on some occasions he narrowly escaped. However, police officials kept on tracking his movements regularly.
Finally, on 26.08.16, a specific information was received that Pradeep @ Bablu would come near Ganda Nala, Rithala Metro Station, Delhi to meet his acquaintance for further search of new hideout. On this information, the team immediately swung into action and laid a trap near the place of information and Pradeep @ Bablu was apprehended with one country made pistol of 7.65 caliber with 4 cartridges and one revolver of .32 bore with 5 rounds. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No.146/16 u/s 25/54/59 Arms act, PS Crime Branch, Delhi was got registered and investigation was taken up.
Further on 27.08.16, Pradeep @ Bablu was produced before the Court concerned and two days PC remand was obtained to establish source of supply of illegal weapons and ammunition.

On 28.8.16, the accused was taken to Vill. Otawa Ka Nangla, PS Koshi, Distt. Mathura, UP, and one Samshuddin @ Samchu s/o Ayyar Khan (age 35 yrs) of the said village was identified as source. Further, it has been learnt that Samshuddin above is also wanted in case FIR No.174/16 u/s 302/307/120B/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, PS Chhawla, Delhi and process u/s 82 CrPC has been obtained in this case and same is returnable for 29/9/16. Further efforts are continued to apprehend Samshuddin.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. There is a long history of gang war in Najafgarh and adjoining areas.
