A BLIND MURDER CASE OF A FEMALE WORKED OUT

  • ONE MALE AND ONE FEMALE ACCUSED ARRESTED

With the arrest of two accused persons, East District Police has solved the sensational case of murder registered vide FIR No. 712/16 dated 29/07/16 u/s 302/201 IPC P.S Shakarpur, Delhi. The arrested accuseds are:

  1. Feroj Khan S/o Shakkir Khan R/o Village Kakrale, Mohalla Ghadda, PS Akpur, Distt. Badayon, UP and, Delhi

  1. Suman @ Pooja D/o Ram Lakhan native of Partapgarh, U.P.


INFORMATION & TEAM:-
On 29.07.16, A PCR Call regarding a unknown dead body lying stuffed in a bag in Gali No. 5, J & K Extension, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi was received at PS Shakarpur, Delhi. Police reached the spot and found a dead body in two plastic grainy bags.  On inspection of the dead body, a case vide FIR No. 712/16 dated 29/07/16 u/s 302/201 I.P.C , PS Shakarpur was got registered.

Three different teams under the overall supervision of Shri Sanjeev Gupta, ACP/Preet vihar under the  leadership of Insp. Tanvir Ashraf SHO/Shakarpur comprising of  IO/ Insp. Nipun Gupta ATO/PS Shakarpur, SI Rahul, SI Yogesh and SI Ranveer, HC Sunil Panwar, Ct. Rahul, Ct. Kunwar pal, HC Amarpal, HC Satendar, Ct. Anuj, Ct. Rajbeer was constituted. The teams collected the manual and technical information & surveillance to crack down the blind murder case.
During investigation, it was revealed that few flats in J & K Extension, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi was locked from the date of the recovery of the dead body or earlier. A verification drive of such vacant /locked flats/rooms was launched. It was revealed that a tenant was also residing in the a premises alongwith one lady since last two months, was not available on the said premises for the last few days. Information was developed regarding the tenant and he was arrested alongwith the lady.  
INTERROGATION :-

During interrogation, accused Feroj Khan confessed his involvement along with his accomplice Suman in the said incident. He further claimed that he had solemnized the marriage with the deceased about 10-12 Years ago.  Since last 10-12 months, he was in illicit relationship with the  co-accussed Suman and was residing in the rented house with her. The deceased raised an objection and wanted to come back to Feroj. Therefore Feroj and Suman decided to murder the deceased. On the evening of 27th July , the deceased visited the home of Feroj where Suman was also present. They had a fight and during the fight Feroj and Suman killed Haleema. They kept the body in the flat for almost 36 hours and disposed of the body in the bag during the next night.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp.
