A CASE OF MOLESTATION AND ASSAULT OF P.S. KAROL BAGH SOLVED: ONE ARRESTED

With the arrest of Vishnu Nath @ Monu r/o Sunder Nagari, Nand Nagari, Delhi a highly
sensational blind case of molestation and assault which took place in the area of
PS Karol Bagh was solved within a short span of time.
                                                                                                                 
INCIDENT On dated 06.08.16 a complaint was lodged in PS Karol Bagh that in the night of  05/08/2016 complainant and her friend were travelling in auto-rickshaw.  At roundabout, Hanuman Murti, Karol Bagh, the auto rickshaw driver tried to assault and outrage their modesty. He also started abusing them.  When they raised alarm, he fled away after deboarding them. They left for their home after making a PCR call.  Immediately a case FIR No.452/2016 u/s 354/509 was registered at PS Karol Bagh and investigation was taken up.
TEAM As it was a sensitive matter related to crime against women, a team comprising of Inspr. Mukesh Tyagi,ASI Kailash, HC SatenderNo.29/C and Ct.Inderjeet No.678/ C was constituted under the close supervision of Sh.Shiv Dayal, ACP/Karol Bagh
INVESTIGATION/INTERROGATION

All out efforts were made to zero on the Autorickshaw at TSR stands, bus stands, Inter State Bus Terminus, Important Markets, New Delhi Railway Station, Old Delhi Railway Staions etc. Efforts were also made to track the TSR via GPS but GPS system of TSR was not functioning. So local contacts were activated to develop information about the TSR. The efforts bore fruit and the registered owner of the TSR was traced. The  registered owner was interrogated who revealed that he had sold the TSR to one TSR dealer in Kahnna Market, Tis Hazari.  The team without wasting any time, immediately rushed to TSR dealer office. The staff of the TSR dealer was enquired and their documents were scrutinized which revealed that TSR was further sold to one Salim @ Sonu r/o Sunder Nagar, Delhi. Interrogation of Salim @ Sonu revealed that he had given his  TSR on rent for plying to one  Vishnu Nath @ Monu  r/o Sunder Nagari, Nand Nagari, Delhi.  After receiving this information, the team immediately rushed to Sunder Nagari, Nand Nagari, Delhi.  A trap was laid and accused Vishnu Dutt @ Monu was apprehended alongwith the TSR.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
