NATIONAL LEVEL BOXER ARRESTED IN THE CASE OF ESCAPE OF NOTORIOUS GANGSTER NAMELY JITENDER @ GOGI

  • TOTAL 10 CRIMINALS ATTACKED THE GUARDS OF DELHI POLICE, AND GOT HIM RELEASED WHILE HE WAS BEING TAKEN TO PRODUCE IN THE COURT OF HARYANA.
  • CRIMINALS SNATCHED MP-5 GUN FROM POLICE PERSONNEL BY THROWING CHILLI POWER ON THEIR EYES.
INTRODUCTION:
   Crime Branch has arrested a notorious criminal Deepak Pahal @ Boxer (20 yrs) s/o Suresh Pahal r/o Village Ghummar District Sonipat, Haryana, who was involved in forceful released of notorious gangster Jitender @ Gogi from police custody on 30.07.2016. He is a National Level Boxer and was a Junior Light Weight Boxing National Champion in 2011.
INCIDENT: -
On 30.07.2016, notorious gangster Jitender @ Gogi s/o Mehar Singh r/o Village Alipur, Delhi, who was being taken to the court in Narwana, District Jind, Haryana in connection with trial of a murder case. 4 armed guards of 3rd Bn. DAP were deputed to produce him in the Court of Haryana. Armed guards alongwith accused Jitender boarded a Haryana roadways bus from ISBT, Kashmere Gate to Jind in the early morning. At about 06:00 AM, when the bus reached near village Sankhol, Bahardurgarh, Haryana, 10 persons came in two cars (one i20 and another SX4) who forced the driver to stop the bus and entered in the bus. They overpowered the armed guards by throwing chilli powder in their eyes and also fired one round and got him released from police custody. They also snatched one automatic rifle MP-5 from one of the police personal. On this a case vide FIR No.380/16 u/s 186/332/341/224/225/395/ 397/120B IPC and 25/27 Arms Act dated 30.07.2016 PS City Bahadurgarh was registered. It also came to notice that the i20 car used in the crime was robbed on 29/07/2016 in the area of PS Bawana, Delhi. It is worth mentioning here that there is a gangwar going on between Sunil @ Tillu r/o Tajpur and Jitender @ Gogi r/o Alipur for last 3 years in which 4-5 members of rival gang has been killed so far. There is a strong apprehension that Jitender @ Gogi will eliminate members of rival gang and can attack on Sunil @ Tillu who is in prison.
INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION: -
   Keeping in view the gravity of the escaped under trial gangster Jitender @ Gogi, a team led by ACP Jitender Singh comprising of Inspr. Satyawan, SIs Amit Dahiya, Dinesh Kumar, Narender, ASI Rohtash, HCs Sandeep, Anil, Virender, Cts. Himanshu, Ravinder, Jitender and Ravinder was constituted under the supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh.
On 02.08.2016 at about 8 AM, a specific information was received by SI Amit Dahiya that a member of Gogi gang who played a crucial role in this crime would come at Gandhi Nagar, Gannour, Sonepat, Haryana. The above team acted swiftly and nabbed one Deepak Pahal @ Boxer s/o Suresh Pahal r/o Village Ghummar District Sonipat, Haryana.
On interrogation, he disclosed that, he is a national level boxer and was a Junior light weight boxing national champion in 2011. He also participated in various international boxing competitions since 2011. He further disclosed that he alongwith Rohit r/o Moi Majra, Deepak r/o Bajana, Gulshan @ Gullu r/o Alipur, Sanjay @ Falla r/o Alipur, Mohit and Praveen @ Lara both r/o Village Panchi and three other accused from UP (who’s names he don’t remember) were involved in the Jitender @ Gogi’s episode. He further disclosed that i20 car used in the crime was robbed in the intervening night of 29/30-07-2016 from PS Bawana area by the gang members namely Gulshan @ Gullu, Rohit, Deepak and one criminal namely Malik @ Baba from the victim Md. Rahees, a factory owner of Bawana Industrial Area and abandoned the same car in the area of Bahadurgarh after committing the crime.
