WANTED DESPERATE MURDERER JITENDER @ GUDDU PASSI ARRESTED

  • ACCUSED IS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN MORE THAN 12 CRIMINAL CASES INCLUDING MURDER, ATTEMPT TO MURDER, ROBBERIES, ARMS ACT, ETC.
  • ACCUSED IS DESERTER IN EIGHT CRIMINAL CASES OF DISTT. AZAMGARH (UP) AS HE DID NOT APPEAR IN COURT AFTER RELEASE ON BAIL.
  • HE IS WANTED IN SENSATIONAL AND BRUTAL MURDER CASE OF PS BHALSWA DAIRY.
Crime Branch has arrested desperate murderer namely Jitender @ Guddu Passi s/o Lotan Passi, R/o Vill-Amora, PS – Gambhirpur, Distt – Azamgarh (UP) (age-30 yrs). On 29 March 2017, he alongwith his associates had committed sensational brutal murder of one Narender r/o Mukandpur, Delhi and since then he is absconding. He is wanted in Case FIR No. 204/17 dt 29.03.2017; u/s 147/148/149/452/302/34 IPC; PS Bhalswa Dairy.

INFORMATION & OPERATION:- 
For the apprehension of wanted hard core criminals involved in sensational and heinous cases of Delhi NCR, a team of officers of Crime Branch, under the close supervision of Dr. G Ram Gopal Naik, DCP Crime (SER & ST) & Ms. Shweta Chauhan ACP/ST, a team of Insp. Satish Kumar No. D-3737 comprising of SI Ajit Singh No. D-4764, ASI Shailender Singh No. 2548/N, ASI Parma Ram No. 334/CR, ASI Rajesh Kumar No. 729/CR, ASI Anand Pal No. 910/CR, ASI Virender Dahiya No. 116/CR, HC Praveen No. 119/CR, HC Sohan Lal No. 1339/CR, HC Ravi Khari No 714/CR, HC Ravinder Joon No. 387/CR & Ct Azad Singh No 705/CR was constituted qto make all possible efforts to establish their hideouts and to apprehend them.
On 06/05/2017, one specific information was received at Special Team/Crime Branch to HC Sohan Lal No. 1339/CR that the accused Jitender @ Guddu Passi who is wanted in a sensational brutal murder case of one Narender, resident of Mukandpur, Delhi is presently residing in his village at Distt. Azamgarh (UP). On this information, a team led by SI Ajit Singh, ASI Parma Ram, HC Sohan Lal & HC Praveen under the supervision of Insp. Satish Kumar departed to Distt. Azamgarh (UP) where informers were alerted and on 09/05/2017, on the reliable information a trap was laid down with the help of local police of PS Gambhirpur, Distt. Azamgrh (UP) near the place of information. The accused Jitender @ Guddu Passi was intercepted on the instance of informer and was apprehend after overpowering him. He was arrested u/s 41.1A Cr.P.C vide DD No 02 dt 10.05.2017; Special Team, Crime Branch, Delhi and concerned police station was also informed accordingly.
INTERROGATION:-
          During interrogation, accused Jitender @ Guddu Passi disclosed that due to bad company he started criminal activities of Robbery, Attempt to Murder & Arms Act cases in different police stations of Distt. Azamgarh (UP). Around ten criminal cases were registered against him in Distt. Azamgarh (UP). He did not appear in court after release on bail. Thereafter, he left Azamgarh (UP) and started living in Mukandpur Part I, Delhi and started job with property dealer on commission basis. In Delhi also, he got involved in two criminal cases of Murder/Attempt to Murder/Arms act, etc.
He including Akash, Daleep, Vicky @ Golu, Aneesh, Naushad, Deepak & Suraj @ Tinda are close friends of one Anchal r/o Mukandpur. Anchal was having enmity with Narender on the issue of murder of Anchal’s brother Chanchal. On 29.03.2017, they all including Anchal’s sisters attacked Narender with knife, Danda’s and bricks and brutally murdered Narender.  Accused Jitender @ Guddu Passi has played the key role in the murder and attacked Narender with the knife. After that, he  escaped from the spot alongwith some other accused.  A case vides FIR No. 204/17 dt 29.03.2017; u/s 147/148/149/452/302/34 IPC was registered at PS Bhalswa Dairy and some accused were arrested from the spot by local police. Further three absconded accused were arrested by this team.

Jitender @ Guddu Passi s/o Lotan Passi, R/o Vill-Amora, PS-Gambhirpur, Distt -Azamgarh (UP) (age-30 yrs) is living with his wife & three children in a rental house in Mukandpur Part-I, Delhi. He studied upto eighth class and having seven brother/sisters. He was doing job with property dealer on commission basis in Mukandpur area.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-. He is a dreaded criminal of PS Shalimar Bagh and is involved in total 15 cases including two murders at PS Burari & Mandir Marg.
