Blind Robbery case worked Out.

A team of ISC, Crime Branch has arrested 02 Gang members / notorious criminal namely Vinod Kumar  s/o Sh Virender Kumar R/o Shiv Vihar, Nilothi Extension, PS Nihal Vihar, Delhi -41 & Pradeep Singh s/o Maan Singh R/o Shiv Ram Park, Nangloi, PS Nihal Vihar, ND. Accused persons are involved in robbery case dated 18.05.2017 in the Jurisdiction of PS Mundka. Since there are gangs in the area of Najafgarh and outer Delhi involved extortion rackets. The accused persons are get motivated from these gangs and want to run a similar type of gang and for the purpose they start arranging weapon fire arms.   Robbed Single Barrel 12 Bore GUN, 02 Live Cartridges and 05 Used Cartridges and Scooty used in commission of crime were recovered.

INFORMATION : On 18.05.2017, at around 06:50 PM, a Licence Single Barrel 12 Bore GUN and 10 Live cartridges of one from one Ram Prakash Singh Security Guard of SPHINEX Security Agency were looted in the Jurisdiction of PS Mundka, while he was on the way to attend his duty. Complainant Ram Prakash Singh alleged that on 18.05.2017, at around 06:50 PM, he was on the way to his work place for attending his duty over his bicycle in night hours, he was carrying his Licence Single Barrel 12 Bore GUN and 10 Live cartridges. In the meantime, two boys run towards him and gave him sharp blow, of which he falls over the ground. The alleged persons robbed his Licence Single Barrel 12 Bore GUN and 10 Live cartridges. Complainant further alleged that, the alleged persons are 4-5 in numbers and fled from the spot over one Scooty and M/cycle. Complainant provided the S No of robbed Gun as 2052595.   
In this regard, a case vide FIR No 133/17 dated 18.05.2017 u/s 392/34 IPC has been registered at PS Mundka, Delhi.  
In view of the sanctity of the matter and robbery of Arm and ammunition and probability of the same, to use in commission of any other heinous crime, a team consisting of  SI Kuldeep, ASIs Gulab Singh, Satish Kumar, Devender, Jai Prakash, HC’s Shailender, Vivek Tomar Sachin Kumar, Dinesh, Sanjeev Kumar, Suredner, Ravi Kaushik,  Nitin,  Ct’s Prashant Kumar, Devender, Naveen, , & Sonu Tomar  under the Leadership of ACP, Sanjay Sehrawat & Insp Neeraj Chaudhary  and over all supervision of DCP/ Crime Madhur Verma was developing the information about the criminals involved in present crime.
As per the information develop / gathered by the police officials of crime team, the team round up / zeroed on the movements of alleged persons and on 21.05.2017, the team apprehend two members of the Gang viz. Vinod Kumar  s/o Sh Virender Kumar R/o H No C-58, Shiv Vihar, Nilothi Extension, PS Nihal Vihar, Delhi -41 & Pradeep Singh s/o Maan Singh R/o H No E-3/291, Shiv Ram Park, Nangloi, PS Nihal Vihar, ND, while they were in possession of robbed Single Barrel 12 Bore GUN and 02 Live cartridges & 05 used Cartridges. From the possession of accused persons, the Scooty No DL 9S BA 5490, Black Colour used in commission of Crime was also recovered.
The S.No of the Gun is duly matched as alleged in the complaint.

INTERROGATION  
During sustained interrogation of the accused persons, it was revealed that accused persons are member of well developed Gang. After robbery of the alleged GUN and Cartridges on next day night accused persons fired 05 of the cartridges in open and also shoot their videos of the same.
From the possession of both the accused persons, their mobile phones having the videos of Firing were also recovered.
Both the accused persons are studied upto BA and are un-employed, they are depend on their parents for their daily expenses.  Accused person’s alongwith their associates to create terror in the area, used to roam / stunts in the area over Scooty and M/cycle. One of their associates is a Juvenile, Who was also earlier apprehended in a Murder case Najafgarh.

Accused alongwith his associates, used to roam / stunt in the area in Scooty and M/cycle. To earn fast money, accused persons formed a Gang, accused persons in pre-planned manner, robbed One Barrel Gun and 10 Live Cartridges of complainant and further planned to used the same for commission of other crimes.
  2. Pradeep Singh s/o Maan Singh R/o Shiv Ram Park, Nangloi, PS Nihal Vihar, ND, Age 24 Yrs. is studied upto BA and is un-employed. For his daily expenses, accused has to depend upon his family. Accused have the dream to live lavishing life and earn fast money. Accused alongwith his associates, used to roam / stunt in the area in Scooty and M/cycle. To earn fast money, accused persons formed a Gang, accused persons in pre-planned manner, robbed One Barrel Gun and 10 Live Cartridges of complainant and further planned to used the same for commission of other crimes.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
