BAWANA : BLIND MURDER CASE SOLVED

THREE ACCUSED ARRESTED
ONE  JCL APPREHENDED
           With the arrest of following three accused and apprehension of one JCL, the Police staff of P.S Bawana/Rohini District have solved a blind murder case of one Amit.
DETAILS OF APPREHENDED JCL AND ARRESTED ACCUSED:
  1. CCL
  2. Himanshu @ Teena R/o Bawana, Delhi. Age 21 year.
  3. Anuj Kumar R/o Bawana, Delhi. Age 20 year.
  4. Mahesh R/o Bawana, Delhi. Age 24 year.

INCIDENT
        On 19.05.17, information was received at P.S Bawana that one dead body was lying near Farm House, Village Sultanpur, Delhi and one motorcycle was also lying near it. A dead body smeared in blood was found in a field. One motorcycle No HR-10L-4405 was lying on road. Three bitte (wooden dande) having blood clots were also found. Dead body was identified as of Amit 20 Year R/o Village Sultanpur, Delhi. No eye witness was found at the place of incident and family members were not aware about any rivalry with anyone. Accordingly, case FIR No 217/17 u/s 302 IPC was registered at P.S. Bawana.

INVESTIGATION AND INTERROGATION:
          Keeping in view the sensitivity and gravity of the case, under the supervision of ACP/Bawana Sh Saurab Chandra, a team led by SHO-Bawana /Inspr. Sh Shyam Sunder, consisting of I/C PP Dariyapur/S.I Ravinder Joon, S.Is. Dhirender, Uday, Punit Tushir, ASIs Subhash, Vinod, Cts Rambir, Dinesh, Anil and Amit was constituted. Friends, family members and other villagers were questioned. His three friends were also found missing from the time of incident. Police teams conducted raids and finally accused were apprehended while they were in a Honda City Car, on a tip off.

  Apprehended accused persons were interrogated and they disclosed during interrogation that deceased Amit kumar had taken Rs 40,000/- from accused Himanshu and one JCL. Earlier the accused and the JCL were found involved in a case registered U/S 307/34 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arm Act P.S Bawana. Accordingly to them, deceased Amit was nor returning the amount. When Himanshu and CCL demanded their money back, deceased even warned them of dire consequences. Accused Himanshu and CCL roped in other accused Anuj Kumar and Mahesh in a plan to eliminate Amit Kumar.  

RECOVERY:

  1. One Honda City Car No DL-4C-AB-1442.
  2. Blood stains clothes of accused persons.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
