RAJESH @ RAJE, AN INTERSTATE CRIMINAL AND ASSOCIATE OF NOTORIOUS SATYWAN @ SONU DARYAPUR GANG ARRESTED

 WANTED FOR TRIPPLE MURDER OF DELHI DUE TO THE BLOODY AND UGLY GANG WAR.

 CARRYING A REWARED OF RS. 1 LAKH ON HIS ARREST FROM DELHI POLICE. 

 MOST WANTED BY HARYANA POLICE IN RAMESH LOHAR ATTACK IN ROHTAK COURT, INVOLVED IN SEVERAL MURDER, ATTEMPT TO MURDER CASES.

 In a major breakthrough related to triple murder case in which Bhupender @ Monu, Arun Setani and ASI Vijay (PSO of Monu) were shot dead while Ct. Kuldeep (PSO of Monu) sustained bullet injuries, A team of Special Cell of Insp Umesh Barthwal, Insp Bhushan Azad and Insp Renu Yadav, has arrested most wanted interstate a rewarded criminal Rajesh @ Raje S/o Late Sh. Deewan Singh R/o VPO Bohar, Pana Bhopan, PS Urban State, Distt. Rohtak, Age 47 years from Gokarna cross, Madangiri, Uttar Kannada, Karnataka on 26-7-2017. Presently Raje is wanted in triple murder of Delhi, attack on Ramesh Lohar of Bohar, Rohtak in Rohtak Court and other cases. He is a life convict in Devender Coach r/o Sampla, Rohtak, murder case of Rohtak and had jumped the parole to eliminate Ramesh Lohar and join hands with Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur in furtherance of his plan.

During the last few years there have been incidents of gang wars, which have claimed several lives in Delhi, Haryana and UP.  These gang wars, over a period of time, led to formation of new gangs, the active ones being Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur gang, Jyoti Baba/Kapil Nandu gang, Manjit Mahal gang, Naveen Khatri gang, Krishan Pehlwan gang and gang led by Hemant Pradhan. This gang war has claimed the lives of many innocent peoples.

Rajesh @ Raje wanted to kill Ramesh Lohar and Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur wanted to eliminate Bhupender @ Monu of Dayrapur. Both joined hands to eliminate their rivals and thus formed a new alliance.   

It is an unholy association of criminal gangs in furtherance of their common intention.  Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur had rivalry with Monu Daryapur whereas Rajesh @ Raje had rivalry with Ramesh Lohar gang of Rohtak, Haryana.  Ramesh Lohar was associated with notorious criminal Krishan Pahalwan of Delhi, as both were lodged in Rohtak Jail.  Ramesh Lohar enjoyed the patronage of Krishan Pahalwan gang and to counter this Rajesh @ Raje joined hands with Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur.  

Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur used to visit Naresh @ Kala brother of Rajesh @ Raje with another criminal namely Sanjay Lakra @ Sanjay Mundka of Delhi in 2007.  Sanjay Mundka was criminal associate of both Naresh Kala and Sonu Daryapur in different cases. Rajesh @ Raje used to join them in their meeting at their village.  Gradually Rajesh @ Raje grew close to Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur and became familiar with his other associates Manjeet Mahal, Naveen Khatri, Vijay Lamba, Parmeet and others.

Rajesh @ Raje wanted to eliminate Ramesh Lohar and hence joined Satyawan @ Sonu. Raje had a bunch of criminals in his gang namely, Sonu Kejriwal, Sumit Plotra, Sandeep Padu and Satish whereas Satyawan @ Sonu had   Manjeet Mahal, Naveen Khatri, Vijay Lamba, Parmeet and Samunder Khatri in his gang.

Operation

After the triple murder of Mianwali Nagar, Delhi, Special Cell was working upojn Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur gang and  on 20.05.2017 arrested Satish r/o Bohr, Rohtak from Bohar bye pass, Rohtak, who confessed about his involvement in this triple murder case alongwith accused Rajesh aka Raje, Satyawan aka Sonu Dariyapur, Sumit aka Palotra, Sonu Kejriwal aka Chottu and others. Meanwhile another conspirator Naveen Khatri was also arrested in this case by Special Cell only on 8.6.2017.

The team of Special Cell intensified their efforts to arrest other co-accused in this case. Further on 26/07/2017 acting upon secret information above said accused Rajesh @ Rajje was arrested from Gokarna cross, Madangiri, Uttar Kannada, Karnataka.  

INTERROGATION &PROFILE:-

Rajesh @ Raje was born in the native village Bohar, Distt Rohtak Haryana in 1972. His father was a farmer and mother was a house wife. He has three brothers and one sister. He did his schooling from Rohtak and thereafter fell in the bad company and started liquor smuggling. In the meantime he was arrested by Rohtak Police and remained in jail for around 2 months.  After release from jail he continued his criminal activities. In 1997 his friend Rajeev Kera was murdered by associates of Devender @ Coach (a student leader at Maharishi Dayanand University) r/o Sampla. Rajesh was eye witness in this case. In this case Jitender @ Chikara, Ravinder @ Bharak, Shiv Kumar and Dhilla were arrested. They started threatening Rajesh being the eye witness in this case.  Rajesh discussed this issue with his brother namely Naresh @ Kala, a constable in Haryana Police.

Rajesh also discussed this with relatives of Rajeev @ Kera and then Rajesh decided to eliminate Devender @ Coach.  Rajesh alongwith Pawan, Yashpal and Rajeev @ Pochu murdered Devender @ Coach in the year 1998 at Law department of MDU. All of them were arrested in this case with other associates. Naresh had resigned from police and joined Anoop-Balraj gang of Mitraun. Rajesh @ Raje was convicted and sentenced with imprisonment for life in this case.

In the year 2003 Rajesh @ Raje came out on parole and was arrested with one Vijay r/o Ladravan, Jhajjar, Haryana while he was going with him on a stolen Zen car. A pistol of 30 bore was recovered from Vijay.  In this case Rajesh @ Raje was released on bail after a period of one month. The period of parole had already expired by that time, but Rajesh did not surrender and jumped parole.

In the year 2008 Rajesh was arrested by Rohtak police.  In year 2009 Rajesh @ Raje was granted bail from High Court of Haryana. In June 2010 Rajesh @ Raje murdered Balkar Singh r/o Rohtak pursuant to a hot argument. After some time Rajesh was arrested and was acquitted in this case.

In October 2011 Rajesh @ Raje was released from jail.  In the meantime the appeal filed by Rajesh @ Raje against the conviction order of session court of life imprisonment was dismissed by the Hon’ble High Court.  

Naresh @ Kala had rivalry with one Ramesh Lohar of Bohar, Rohtak, HR. Since Naresh had joined hands with Anup-Balraj gang in 1998 hence Krishan Pehalwan gang directed Ramesh Lohar to attack Naresh @ Kala.

In 2013 Ramesh Lohar alongwith members of Krishan gang planned to attack Naresh Kala but the same was foiled, as on receipt of information they were arrested by joint team of Rohtak Police and Special Cell of Delhi Police in Rohtak. In this case one UP based criminal was killed whereas one Delhi Police officer was injured.

 In July 2016 Rajesh @ Raje got 21 days parole till 17 August, but he jumped parole. After that Rajesh met with Sonu @ Dariyapur and Manjeet Mahal and asked them to help him to kill Ramesh Lohar r/o Bohar, Rohtak. They assured Rajesh to help him in killing Ramesh Lohar. Sonu @ Dariyapur also asked him to help him to kill Monu @ Dariyapur.

In the meantime Rajesh @ Raje met another criminal Vicky @ Boxer, who had enmity with Ramesh Lohar.  Sumit @ Palotra was running in custody in Rohtak jail, he also joined Rajesh.

When Sumit @ Palotra was released, Rajesh asked him to arrange a hideout. At that time Rajesh @ Raje was residing at Chander Vihar, Nangloi, Delhi, in a rented flat.  Sumit @ Palotra, Sonu @ Dariyapur, Vijay Lamba, Sonu Kejriwal, Sandeep @ Padu, Naseeb, Dhiraj and Cheeta used to visits there.   

On 28/03/2017 Sumit @ Palotra, Sandeep @ Padu, Naseeb, Dhiraj, and Rahul @ Cheeta attacked Ramesh Lohar at Rohtak Court on the direction of Rajesh @ Raje.  In this incident Ramesh Lohar escaped but one of his associate namely Sanjeet was killed and left their hideouts.  

On 16/17.04.2017 they all returned Delhi as Sonu Dariyapur had informed him that he had arranged flats for them.   Sonu Dariyapur had arranged flats at Nihal Vihar, Rohini and Uttam Nagar. They were tracking Monu for 3/4 days as Parmeet Dabas @ Bhanja  whom Rajesh had met at his Chander Vihar flat, was giving them information about  Monu’s movement.

On 30.04.2017 Rajesh @ Raje, Satyawan @ Sonu, Vijay Lamba, Sumit @ Palotra, Sandeep @ Padu, Sonu Kejriwal, Satish and Parmeet jointly went to the spot and fired indiscriminately on Monu Daryapur who was in a Ciaz car with his PSOs and friends. In this incident three persons were killed.

1.     FIR No. 766/15 u/s 302/307/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act at PS Chhawla, Delhi-

 In this incident, on 30.04.2016 Bhupender Singh aka Monu Dariyapur, his two PSOs namely ASI Vijay Kumar & Ct. Kuldeep and two friends Arun & Yogesh were present in their Maruti Ciaz Car at Shokeen Chowk, near Garg Plaza, Peeragarhi, New Delhi. Sonu Daryapur, Rajesh @ Raje alongwith their associates fired upon them, Bhupender Singh aka Monu Dariyapur, ASI Vijay Kumar, PSO of Monu Dariyapur and Arun were dead whereas PSO Ct. Kuldeep was injured and another public personsescaped the attack. 35 empty cartridges of 9 MM were recovered from the scene of crime.

 2.      Case FIR No. 123/17, U/S 148/149/302/307 IPC & Arms Act, PS Civil Lines, Rohtak. 

 In this incident Ramesh Lohar was attacked by associates of Rajesh while Ramesh had gone for court appearance in Rohtak Court.
