KIDNAPPER WHO KIDNAPPED TWO MINOR CHILDREN TO PRESSURISE THEIR MOTHER TO MARRY HIM, ARRESTED

Kidnapping of two minor children aged about 10 year aged and about 8 years  has been solved with the arrest of one accused  namely Zakir @ Raja R/o Prem Nagar, Loni, Ghaziabad (UP) aged 22 years and who permanently belongs to Kolkata (West Bengal).

INCIDENT
On 18.07.2017, a PCR call was received regarding kidnapping of two minor children at PS Jafrabad. On enquiry complainant R/o Ambedkar Basti Ghonda, Delhi reported his two minor children aged about 10 yrs and aged about 8 yrs, have been kidnapped, from the school. Complaint raised suspicion on one Raja Khan who is acquaintance of his wife.
TEAM  
A team consisting of Inspr. Sanjeev Sharma, ATO/Jafrabad, SI Yujvender, SI Manoj Kumar, SI Rakesh Kumar, Ct Shyamvir, Ct. Lalit, Ct Sandeep under the leadership of Insp. Vivek Kumar Tyagi SHO/Jafrabad and close supervision of Sh. Shashank Jaiswal, ACP/Seelampur was formed.

INVESTIGATION

During investigation all the addresses earlier stated by the suspect to the complainant were found fake. Mobile numbers of suspect were analyzed with the help of technical support and it was found that all the SIM cards obtained by the suspect are also on fake IDs. Information was collected about the suspect by local enquiry and various raids were organized at hideouts of the suspect in the area of Bhajanpura, Delhi and Prem Nagar, Balram Nagar in Loni, Ghaziabad(UP). On 20.07.2017 it was learnt that suspect is mounting pressure on the wife of complainant to withdraw the police complaint and leave her husband and to marry him. Through technical/local surveillance at tip off was received and a trap was laid and police successfully recovered both the children in a TSR, However the accused was still not tracable. Thorough interaction was made with both the children and raids were conducted at Prem Nagar Loni, Ghaziabd and thereafter with through efforts and hard work of police team the accused was arrested.
INTERROGATION

On interrogation it learnt that on the date of incident, hot exchange of words took place between the complainant and suspect, and he kidnapped both the children to take revenge and to pressurize the mother of children to marry him. He came in contact with the mother of both the children about two years ago when a missed call led to this acquaintance.

Accused Zakir @ Raja R/o Prem Nagar, Loni, Ghaziabad (UP) aged 22 years and permanently belongs to Kolkata (West Bengal). He works as a fruit seller. He uses whatsApp, Facebook and messenger etc though he is not formally educated,  though he did’nt leave any trail as he took everything on fake IDs but this facebook/whatsapp habit landed him in the claws of law  .

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
