COLD BLOODED MURDERER WITH LOADED FIRE ARMS ARESTED

The staff of PS Naraina/West District has arrested a dreaded land mafia/murderer namely Narender @ Deepak involved in murders for disputed properties.  At his instance, 01 (.32) bore pistol, 01 country made 9 mm firearm, 02 live cartridges of .32 and 01 empty shell of 9mm have been recovered in case FIR No.127/17 U/s 25 Arms Act PS Naraina.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:-

Narender @ Deepak, R/o Tugalkabad, Delhi, Age 36 years. Education 8th standard.  He is a bad character of PS Govind Puri and arrested in 08 cases of Murders and Attempts to Murders.  

RECOVERY:-

1. 01 (.32) bore pistol.
2. 01 country made 9 mm firearm.
3. 02 live cartridges of .32.
4. 01 empty shell of 9mm.

INCIDENT, INFORMATION & INVESTIGATION:-

In the intervening night of 7th/8th  July 2017, SI Harish Kumar, HC Satya Prakash, Ct. Kamlesh and Ct. Harjinder of PS Naraina were deployed at strategically located picket near Loha-Mandi Naraina. At about 2.00 AM, they spotted an auto coming from ring road side to loha-mandi. The staff signaled the driver of auto to stop but instead of stopping near picket the driver of auto stopped much before the picket and took reverse turn. On suspicion the staff immediately started chasing the auto. The inmates sensing trouble left the auto and started running in different directions. After making consistent efforts the staff succeeded in apprehending one Narender @ Deepak while his associates and auto driver managed to flee with the auto. On personal search of Narender @ Deepak 01 loaded .32 bore pistol, 01 country made fire arm of 9mm and 01 empty shell of 9mm were recovered.

INTERROGATION:-

On sustained interrogation, Narender @ Deepak disclosed that his associates who managed to escape was Tarun R/o Govindpuri.  He further disclosed that he has been arrested in 02 cases of murder of PS Govind Puri in one case he shot dead 03 persons but acquitted since witnesses became hostile due to his terror. He alongwith Tarun deal in disputed properties located in the area of PS Govindpuri, Neb Sarai, Tuglakabad etc. and purchase these at half or less that of actual price.  To establish command over these illegal activities, one Vishal of rival group attempted to kill Tarun about 2 years back but Tarun somehow survived though injured critically and remained bedridden for many months. He succumbed to the pressure of Abid and reportedly compromised with Vishal. Tarun has also been arrested twice and have involved in 02 cases of attempt to murder of PS Kalka Ji.

Due to pressure of ABID group, Tarun resorted to compromise but nurtured a grudge against Vishal @ Khali. He hatched a plan with Narender @ Deepak to eliminate Vishal @ khali a member of rival gang in order to take revenge and arranged sophisticated fire arms. In order to execute their plan on 07/7/17 at about 11:30 PM, they followed Vishal @ Khali and when found him alone in a street in Govindpuri they fired two rounds each upon Vishal @ khali who fell bleeding profusely.  After firing on Vishal @ khali both were roaming in Naraina area in auto in a bid to escape from the police.  The auto was driven by their another associate.
