NOTORIOUS ARMS MANUFACTURER CARRYING A REWARD OF RS. 1 LAKH ARRESTED BY SPECIAL CELL

A team of Special Cell, led by Insp. Sanjay Gupta and Insp. Rajesh under the supervision of ACP Govind Sharma has arrested a notorious arms manufacturer Ishwar Pradhan Singh, Age 26 yrs. r/o Distt. Dhar, MP involved in manufacturing of sophisticated fire arms which were being supplied to various parts of UP, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. He was wanted in case FIR No. 40/2017 u/s 186/353/336/34 IPC & 25 Arms Act, PS Special Cell, New Delhi. A cash reward of Rs. 1 Lakh was declared on his arrest by the CP Delhi. 
Information
       A number of gangs have been found indulging in supply of illegal weapons to the criminals of Delhi NCR. In pursuance of the special drive launched by Special Cell against supply of illegal arms to Delhi from different parts of the country, Special Cell has succeeded in busting several interstate arms syndicates and recovered 578 pistols & revolvers, 10 country made guns, 4 modified carbines, 6478 cartridges since 2016. 


Information was received regarding the movements of one such notorious arms manufacturer Ishwar, who is indulging in manufacturing of illicit sophisticated firearms, including pistols, magazines and bullets etc, based in Dhar district of MP. On 04.06.2017 a gang of three dreaded arms supplier namely Harender Singh, Pushpender Singh and Mohit Sharma were arrested and 13 sophisticated semi-automatic pistols, 16 Magazines, 100 Live Cartridges and a Swift Car No. UP 81 AZ 4970 were recovered from their possession. A case vide FIR No. 40/17 u/s 186/353/332/34 IPC r/w sec.25/54/59 Arms Act was registered against them. On sustained interrogation, the prime accused Harender disclosed that he had procured the recovered sophisticated arms and ammunition from one Ishwar Sardar, who is a leading fire arms manufacturer in Madhya Pradesh. He has been purchasing sophisticated fire arms from Ishwar on regular intervals for the last over couple of years
Reward
Despite best efforts, accused Ishwar, could not be arrested and he kept on evading his arrest. Keeping in view the nature of the offence and to cut the supply of illegal sophisticated arms to the criminals of Delhi/NCR, CP Delhi announced a reward of Rs. 1,00,000/- for his arrest.


Operation
 The information was further developed and sources were deployed. A team comprising of SI Prateek, ASI Raj Kumar, ASI Narender, Ct. Anshu, Ct. Sonu, Ct. Mukesh, and Ct. Kailash was sent to Dhar. On 14/07/2017 specific information was received about the movements of accused Ishwar Pradhan Singh.  On the tip off the team in a swift operation spotted accused Ishwar near bus stand in Indore.  He was over powered and arrested.

Interrogation and Profile of Accused  

The accused Ishwar Pradhan Singh, Age 26 yrs is resident of Dhar district of MP. The twin districts of Dhar and Khargone in MP have emerged as prime source of supply of illegal firearms. There are vast jungle areas in these two districts from where this industry is operating. He has studied upto class VIII and is married. He has previously been arrested in two cases of Arms Act.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. There is a long history of gang war in Najafgarh and adjoining areas. Naveen @ Khati gang is a desperate gang having rivalry with Manjeet Mahal/ Ravinder @ Bholu gang. They are splinter group of Anoop/Balraj gang which had rivalry with Krishan Pehlwan gang.
