TWO ACUSED ARRESTED: 11 High Brand (New) Mobiles & Other Articles Worth Lacs recovered.

 A team of police officials from Police Station Dwarka North of South West District led by Inspector Jasmohinder Chaudhary, SHO/Dwarka North and comprising of HC Rajender, HC Ramavtar, Ct. Moti Lal, Ct. Sunil and Ct. Pradeep, under the close supervision of Shri Rajender Singh, ACP Dwarka, arrested (1) Dharmender Rajput @ Sunny (2) Gulshan Kumar from Goyla Diary/ Uttam Nagar area and cracked the theft case of brand new mobile phones and other new articles, wherein accused persons stole the bag of delivery boy of Flipkart containing new mobile phones & articles worth in Rs. Lakh.
Incident: On 17.7.2017, one Sameer Kumar, delivery boy of Flipkart Company had gone on the Fourth floor of Gangotri Apartments, Sector 12, Dwarka to deliver a parcel. He had left the Bag containing several parcels on his Motorcycle on the ground floor. When he came back near his motorcycle he found the bag containing those parcels stolen. A case vide FIR No. 328/17 dated 19.7.2017 u/s 379 IPC was registered at PS Dwarka North in this regard.
There were several costly articles in those parcels belonging to various customers. It included 11 very costly Mobile phones like Apple i-phone 7, Investigation also revealed that the accused persons deliberately booked a mobile phone and caused the delivery boy to visit above said fourth floor just to generate an opportunity to steal the his heavy bag containing parcels (which were yet to be delivered).
During the course of investigation, on the basis of technical investigation 02 accused persons named Dharmender and Gulshan have been arrested in this case and all the stolen case property i.e. 11 high brand costly mobile phones and other articles worth in lakhs have been recovered from them.
       The accused persons have confessed to have committed the crime in present case.

  1. Gulshan Kumar s/o Rakesh Kumar r/o A-139, Tilak Enclave,  Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. 7210530142, 7503358199 (Father). Age 21Yrs; Works as AC Mechanic.

  1. E-FIR No. 00328/17 dated 19.7.2017 u/s 379/411/34 IPC, PS Dwarka North, Delhi.
  2. E-FIR No. 00156/17 dated 28.5.2017 u/s 379/34 IPC, PS Dwarka Sector 23, Delhi.

  • Motorcycle (Used in commission of crime).

  • Mobile Phone Motorola, Case property being used in the commission of crime.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
