The team of South-Western Range of Special Cell led by Inspector Vinay Kumar, Inspector Vijay Kumar and Inspector Pankaj Singh  under the supervision of ACP Sh.Akhileshwar Sawroop has arrested three ‘Most Wanted’, notorious and desperate criminals namely 1.Sonu @ Kejriwal (age 25 years) R/o VPO Bohar, District Rohtak, Haryana, 2.Sumit @ Palotra (age 22 years) R/o VPO Bohar, District Rohtak, Haryana, and 3.Sandeep @ Padu @ Pagal (age 25 years) R/o Village Daryapur, Delhi, wanted in several cases of murder and attempt to murder including sensational ‘Triple Murder’ of Bhupender @ Monu Daryapur along  with one Arun Setani and his PSO ASI Vijay Kumar of Delhi Police. Three sophisticated pistols alongwith 15 live cartridges have been recovered from their possession. A reward of Rs 1 lakh was declared by Delhi Police and Rs. 25,000/- by Haryana police for arrest of each of them.

BRIEF OF THE ‘SENSATIONAL TRIPLE MURDER’ CASE:

On 30.04.2017 at about 11:00 p.m., one Bhupender aka Monu resident of village Dariyapur, Delhi was sitting in his car near National Market Garg Plaza, Shooken Chowk, Bhera Enclave, Mianwali Nagar, Delhi. Suddenly 5-6 gangsters reached there on two motorbikes and fired indiscriminately. In this gun-battle, Bhupender @ Monu Daryapur his PSO ASI Vijay Kumar of Delhi Police and one Arun succumbed to multiple gunshot injuries and one Ct. Kuldeep Sharma (PSO) was severely injured. Gangster Sonu Daryapur and his associates, including the above trio, had fired more than 3 dozens of bullets and fled the spot and went underground. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 216/17 dt. 30.04.2017 U/s 302/34 IPC R/w 25/27 Arms Act, P.S. Mianwali Nagar, New Delhi was registered.

Special Cell was working on the sensational Triple murder case and has arrested Satish on 20.05.2017,  Naveen Khatri on 8.6.2017 and Rajesh @ Rajje on 26.07.2017.

TEAM &OPERATION:

            In view of the gravity of the above ‘Triple Murder Case’, a special team of Special Cell/SWR led by Inspector Vinay Kumar, Inspector Vijay Kumar and Inspector Pankaj Singh, consisting of SI Man Singh, SI Deepak, ASI Devi Dayal, ASI Anil, HC Deepak Choudhary, HC Sanjay, Ct. Kishore, Ct. Deepak Karanwal, Ct. Ajay, Ct. Ashwani, Ct. Sandeep, Ct. Sitender and Ct. Sandeep, under the guidance of Sh. Akhileswar Swroop Yadav, ACP/South Western Range of Special Cell was constituted to collect intelligence about the all the criminals involved in the above said cold blooded and heinous offence. Each of the team members was assigned specific tasks to work upon the same.

On 28.7.2017, an input was received in the Special Cell/South Western Range that gangsters namely 1. Sonu @ Kejriwal R/o VPO Bohar, District Rohtak, Haryan,2.Sandeep @ Padu @ Pagal R/o Village Dariyapur and 3.Sumit @ Palotra R/o VPO Bohar, District Rohtak, Haryana wanted in several cases of murder and attempt to murder including ‘Triple Murder Case’ of PS Mianwali Nagar would come in Honda Amaze Black colour car at Mahavir Marg, Sec-24/25 Rohini Delhi to meet one of their associates. Accordingly a trap was laid around the rendezvous point. At 9.10 p.m., a car having registration No. HR 12F 0109 (Honda Amaze) black colour, came and stopped near Bahadur Shah Marg, Sector 24-25 Rohini, in which the driver was identified as Sumit @ Palothra (a notorious gangster & sharp shooter of Sonu Dariyapur gang.  He alongwith his two associates was apprehended. On their personal search, 3 sophisticated pistols along with 15 live cartridges were recovered from their possession. A case under the Arms Act was registered at PS Special Cell.

INTERROGATION

All the three confessed their role in killing Monu Dariyapur, his PSO and a civilian. They further disclosed that they are from a joint gang of Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur and Rajesh @ Rajje, and are involved in several murders in their respective native places and surrounding areas. After committing each crime they went underground. They all are also involved in several other heinous offences including cases of Murder, Attempt to Murder and Armed Robberies registered in Delhi and Haryana. Their disclosure further revealed that Rajesh @ Raje wanted to eliminate Ramesh Lohar, a notorious gangster. On the other side, Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur wanted to eliminate his rival Bhupender @ Monu Dariyapur. As such, they both joined hands and decided to execute killing one after the other. The blue-print was prepared and each of gang members was assigned specific tasking by Satyawan @ Sonu Dariyapur and Rajender @ Rajje.

In order to execute the plan Sonu @ Kejriwal, Sumit @ Plotra, Sandeep @ Padu and Satish kept a close watch on day to day movements of Monu Daryapur. On 30.04.2017 at about 10.30 pm all the gang members with their other associates Rajesh @ Rajje, Vijay Lamba, Satish @ Sapna and Paramjit Kanjhawala and the Mastermind of the conspiracy Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur fired around 50-60 rounds at Bhupender @ Monu Daryapur in Mianwali, Delhi while he was travelling with his friend and security staff in a Maruti Ciaz Car. Due to indiscriminate firing Bhupender @ Monu Daryapur, his friend and PSO of Monu died on the spot. It was an unholy association of criminal gangs in furtherance of their common intention.  Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur had rivalry with Monu Daryapur whereas Rajesh @ Rajje had rivalry with Ramesh Lohar gang of Rohtak, Haryana. 

PROFILE OF ACCUSED SUMIT @ PALOTRA:

         Criminal Sumit @ Palotra son of Nane Ram resident of VPO Bohar, Pana Mehlwan, District Rohtak, Haryana and is aged about 25 years. After completing 12th class from New Haryana High School, Bohar, Rohtak he joined Chotu Ram polytechnic college in Rohtak. He had witnessed the murder of his uncle Narender by Suresh @ Kukku of his own village. After 4-5 months of his admission in polytechnic college, he killed Suresh @ Kukku with the help of his cousin Deepak. He was arrested in the case in 2011 and later released on bail in October 2012. While in jail he met Rajesh @ Raje of his own village, Raje was involved in several criminal cases. He befriended Rajesh @ Rajje and started committing crimes with him. Rajesh @ Rajje introduced him to his other notorious associates.

        In January 2013 he got into fight with Anil R/o Village Titoli in Gaur college, Rohtak and he stabbed Anil with knife. Later, the case was settled amicably.

After four months of the above incidents, he entered into fight with  Deepak R/O Village Sunariya in Vaish college, Rohtak. He fired at Deepak. Later, the case was settled amicably.

       In the year 2015 on 28th May he was convicted with sentence for life imprisonment in Suresh @ Kukku murder case. In October 2016 he  got Leela R/O Village Kalhawad killed with the help of his associates, while serving in jail. Later he was released on bail/parole in November 2016.

       On 11th of December 2016, he along with his associates fired five times at Manish @ Bhandari R/O Jindrana.

       On 28.12.2016 he, with the help of his associates, fired at a person at Bodh Gadwal, Gohana to avenge the killing of his associate Narender.

In February, 2017, he got one person killed  at Jasorkhedi at the instance of his associate Rahul @ Cheeta.

He is one of the most dreaded criminal amongst his associates. This can be seen from the highlighted incident of  attempt to murder case of Rohtak Court Complex in March 2017. He disguised as woman and wore a black colour suit and kept waiting in the High Security Zone of Rohtak Court Complex for two hours to eliminate Ramesh @ Lohar, the rival of Rajesh @ Rajje, and managed to fire at Ramesh @ Lohar. Ramesh  managed to survive despite being shot, whereas, due to the firing a person was killed and 5 others sustained bullet injuries.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED SANDEEP @ PADU @ PAGAL:

         Sandeep @ Padu @Pagal S/o Ashok Kumar is resident of  H.No.15, Near Lalawali Chaupal, Village Dariyapur and is aged about 25 yrs. After studying till 8th he left the school. He started to work for a  security agency in industrial area of Bawana, Delhi. After working for six months, he left his work and fell in the company of antisocial elements. Due to his drinking habits, he befriended Satywan @ Sonu a known criminal of the area and admired his life style. Satywan @ Sonu also introduced to Sumit @ Palotra, Sonu @ Kejriwal @ chota and Rajesh @ Rajje apart from many other criminals, all of whom were involved in criminal cases. He was arrested in a case in 2011 and later released on bail in October 2012.

About one year ago, he was booked for attempt to murder case on Deepak of his own village. About 11 months ago, he along with his associates murdered Leela in Rohtak.

About a year ago, he along with his associates Sonu @ Kejriwal and Nafe @ Mantri murdered Lala in Ghummanhera, Delhi.

       On 11th of December 2016, he along with his associates fired five times  at Manish @ Bhandari R/O Jindrana.

About 8 months ago, he along with Sonu @ Kejriwal @ Chota and Nafe Mantri tried to rob a car and pointed gun at the car driver on Pataudi road near Gurgaon, Haryana. The driver of the car offered resistance and during the scuffle, driver hit a brick on the head of Kejriwal. Kejriwal then fired at the driver.

About 7 months ago, he along with Sonu @ Kejriwal @ Chota and other associates took a i-10 car on rent from Jind, Haryana and they committed a robbery in Gohana, Haryana.

        In March 2017, he along with Sonu @ Kejriwal @ Chota, Sandeep @ Padu @ Pagal and other associates attempted to commit murder of Ramesh Lohar in the court premises in Rohtak.

INTERROGATION AND PROFILE OF SONU @ KEJRIWAL @ CHOTA:

Sonu @ Kejriwal @ Chota S/o Jai Narayan  is resident of VPO Bohar, Pana Mehlwan, District Rohtak, Haryana and is aged about 22 yrs. After completing 12th class, he took admission in Jat College, Rohtak. In college, he befriended with Deepak R/O Bamroli. In college, a scuffle broke out between Deepak and Kapil. He along with Deepak murdered Kapil. He was arrested for the murder of Kapil and he came out on bail in May 2016. Due to his drinking  drug habits he befriended Sumit @ Palotra S/o Nane Ram of his own village. Sumit @ Palotra also introduced him to Rajesh @ Rajje who had many criminal cases against him. Rajesh @ Rajje also introduced him with many other criminals.

In October, 2016 at his behest Sumit @ Palotra,  Sonu along with  their associates murdered Leela in Village Kalhawad.

In same month, at the instance of Nafe @ Mantri, he along with his associates murdered Lala in Ghummanhera, Delhi

          On 11th of December 2016, he along with his associates fired five times at Manish @ Bhandari R/O Jindrana.

About 8 months ago, he along with Sandeep @ Paddu @ Pagal and Nafe Mantri in order to rob a car pointed gun at a car driver on Pataudi road near Gurgaon, Haryana. Driver resisted and during scuffle hit brick on the head of Kejriwal. Kejriwal fired at the occupants of the car

        About 7 months ago, he along with Sandeep @ Padu @Pagal and other associates took a i-10 car on rent from Jind, Haryana and robbed the car in Gohana, Haryana.

             In February, 2017, he along with Sandeep @ Padu @Pagal and other associates got killed one person at Jasorkhedi at the instance of Rahul @ Cheeta.

        In March 2017, he along with Sandeep, Sumit @ Palotra, and other associates attempted murder  Ramesh Lohar.
