TWO MINOR ASSAMESE GIRLS RESCUED FROM NORTH EAST DISTT DELHI


  • ONE DESPERATE CRIMINAL INVOLVED IN THIS TRAFFICKING NAMELY MUJAHID @ SURYA ARRESTED.
  • MINOR GIRLS WERE TRAFFICKED AND FORCED TO DO PROSTITUTION IN DELHI.
  • THE MARUTI WAGONR CAR NO DL 8CNB 7719 HAS ALSO BEEN RECOVERED WHICH WAS USED BY THE ACCUSED PERSON FOR TRANSPORTATION OF THE GIRLS TO DIFFERENT CLIENTS.  


Eastern Range, Crime Branch has arrested one desperate criminal namely Mujahid @ Surya and rescued two minor girls who were kidnapped from Assam, Vide FIR NO 277/2017 dated 11.05.2017 u/s 363 IPC, PS-Hojai, Assam.

INFORMATION:-

  On 26.07.2017, an information was received by Insp Arun Chauhan of Eastern Range Crime Branch that two minor girls who had been kidnapped from Assam are in custody of one Mujahid @ Surya in Delhi and he is trying to sell them for immoral trafficking and for this purpose, he is using his  Maruti Wagonr Car NO DL-8CNB-7719.


TEAM & OPERATION  

  A team under the supervision of ACP Anand Kumar Mishra, led by Insp. Arun Chauhan consisting of ASI Satender, ASI Dinesh Kumar, ASI Nazir, ASI Tehjeb Haider, ASI Pramod, HC Ishak Mohammad, Ct Gaurav and Lady Ct Pooja was constituted to nab him and rescue the minor girls. The team laid a trap near I.T. Park, Shastri Park, Delhi and at the instance of informer Mujahid @ Surya the above person was apprehended in a Wagon-R Car NO DL-8CNB-7719, and rescued two minor girls from the car. On interrogation it was revealed that these two minor girls were kidnapped from Assam and a case vide FIR No. 277/2017 dated 11.05.2017 u/s 363 IPC, PS-Hojai, Assam had been registered in this regard.


INTERROGATION :


   During the course of interrogation, Mujahid @ Surya r/o re-settlement Colony, Sec 26, Rohini Delhi disclosed that his father originally hails from Kerala and his parents died when he was in his childhood. His uncle brought him to Delhi and he started working in a meat shop. He fell in bad society and to earn more money in a short period of time, he started doing illegal work. He came in the trade of human flesh four years back and started supplying girls for prostitution. In the year 2014, he was arrested in a rape case from police station Rani Bagh Delhi, He remained in jail for about two years and after getting released from jail on bail, he again got involved in sex racket.


      On 26.07.2017 Mujahid @ Surya r/o Re-settlement Colony, Sec 26, Rohini Delhi was arrested in his Maruti Wagon r Car No DL8CNB -7719 when he was taking two minor girls for prostitution. These two minor girls were kidnapped from Assam. Vide FIR NO 277/2017 dated 11.05.2017 u/s 363 IPC, PS-Hojai, Assam. Both the minor girls have been produced before Child Welfare Committee and Assam Police has been informed for further investigation on their part.

The PO Staff of PS Rani Bagh, North West District has arrested one Brij Bhushan Sharma S/O Shri Ghan Shyam Sharma R/O 776/14, Sec-14, Faridabad, Haryana, a chronic cheat and a proclaimed offender (PO) in more than 13 cases on 15.12.2015. The issue of arrest/tracing of POs has always remained top priority of policing.
