UP GUNDA ACT WAS ALSO INVOKED AGAINST HIM. ALSO FIRED UPON A UP POLICE PARTY IN A BID TO ESCAPE ON 05.01.17. SOS, Crime Branch, Delhi has arrested Ankit Tomar @ Ajay (28) r/o Distt.- Baghpat, UP. He is wanted in two murder cases of Baghpat, UP. He was also wanted for firing upon the police party in his bid to escape from getting arrested in January 2017. EIGHT ACCUSED PERSONS INCLUDING RECEIVER OF ROBBED ITEMS WHILE THEY WERE UNLOADING PLASTIC DANA AT MANESAR, GURUGRAM (HR) WERE ARRESTED.
