SENSATIONAL MURDER CASE SOLVED

VISHAL, AGE 31 YEARS S/O SUDESH R/O AMAN VIHAR ARRESTED, KNIFE USED IN THE COMMISSION OF CRIME RECOVERED.

INCIDENT, On 5.10.2017, an information was received from Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Mangol Puri that one Wakeel Ahmad was hospitalized in a serious condition with a stabbed injury in left side of his chest. I.O. visited the hospital and on the basis of statement of Shakeel Ahmad, brother of the victim, a case vide FIR no. 1085/17 u/s 307 IPC dated 05/10/17 was registered at PS Aman Vihar. Later on, the victim Wakeel Ahmad succumbed to his injuries and section 302 IPC was added to the case and investigation was taken up.
TEAM & INVESTIGATION
Seeing the gravity of the case, immediately teams were constituted under the supervision of SHO/Aman Vihar, SHO/Sultan Puri under overall supervision of Sh. Aalap Patel, ACP/Sultanpuri.
As the FIR was registered by name mentioning the names of accused as Vishal and his brother-in-law, hence, hunt was started to trace both accused persons. All the sources were deployed and informers were activated.  The teams worked day and night and raided at all the possible hideouts of the accused and ultimately on 06/10/17 on the basis of local information, accused Vishal, age 31 years, r/o Aman Vihar was arrested from the Park, near Picket of Central Park, Aman Vihar.
INTERROGATION
On sustained interrogation accused Vishal disclosed that he alongwith his brother-in-law Anil murdered the victim because he suspected that Wakeel Ahmad was in extra-marital relationship with his wife. At the instance of accused, knife used in the commission of crime has been recovered. He further disclosed that he used to work as a Driver.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru.
