In the morning of 23 rd December 2016, the rape victim’s mother was shot at her back while she was going outside her house along with her daughter. ONE SCHOOL DROPOUT ROBBER ARRESTED AND ONE ROBBED CAR RECOVERED. With the arrest of one robber namely Harvinder Singh @ Gullu S/O Sri Surender Singh, R/O Jahangirpuri, Delhi, aged 19 years the team of PS Burari has worked out a sensational case of car robbery merely in 45 minutes. On 20.12.2016, South West District organized three Mass Demonstration Programmes of Self-Defense Techniques under the Flagship Programme “AB NAHI HAI DARNA” at the school grounds of St. Charles School, Samaspur, New Delhi, Modern International School, Sec.19, Dwarka, New Delhi and Kendriya Vidhalaya, Sec.12 Dwarka, New Delhi.  ACP/Dwarka, ACP/Najafgarh & SHOs concerned attended the above said programmes. Total 406 girl students of these Schools have been trained in Self Defense Techniques.     The girls demonstrated different skills of Self-Defense Techniques in the above said programmes.
