TWO MEMBERS OF SUNIL @ TILLU GANG NABBED, 3 MORE CASES WORKED OUT AND TWO COUNTRY MADE PISTOL

4 LIVE CARTRIDGES, AND ONE CAR RECOVERED  BY PS ALIPUR, DELHI. With the arrest of two members of Sunil @ Tillu Gang namely Sandeep s/o Rajesh and Deepak s/o Ranbir Singh both r/o Village Tajpur Kalan Delhi, the staff of PS Alipur solved three more cases of attempt to murder and extortion and recovered 2 Country made pistols, 4 Live Cartridges, one car and one mobile phone.

INCIDENT:-
On 16.12.2016 at about 11:30 am a PCR Call was received at PS Alipur regarding threat to complainant Pradeep @ Nitu s/o Inder Singh r/o Village Tajpur. He stated that at about 01:00am he received a threatening call from Deepak and Sandeep both r/o Village Tajpur. In the morning it is also come to his knowledge that alleged persons had fired on the shutter of his office at Bakhtawarpur. On inspection it was found that one round was fired at shutter of the said office. On the statement of complainant Pradeep, a case vide FIR no. 694/16 u/s 336,506/34 IPC and 25/27/54/59 Arms Act PS Alipur was registered. During the investigation it revealed that car used in the crime has already been recovered. During investigation, to nab the accused persons, a special team was constituted under the supervision of ACP/ Alipur Sh. Rajnish, led by Insp. Suresh Kumar, SHO/Alipur comprising of SI Jagbir,SI Anil Deswal, SI Gajender, PSI Jitender Singh, HC Krishan, Ct. Jaideep, Ct. Shanker. Acting on a secret information and with help of technical surveillance the team acted swiftly and nabbed both the accused persons from Murthal Haryana.  2 country made pistols, four live cartridges and one mobile phone used in the crime were recovered from the possession of accused persons.
INTERROGATION -
  The duo was put on sustained interrogation. On this both the accused persons disclosed that they were unemployed and want to get earn easy money. For this they joined the gang of Sunil@ Tilloo R/o Tajpur and used to do helping work for him.  In return they used to take money for their expenses. After the arrest of Sunil @ Tilloo, they started to live with Himmat @ Chikku, the cousin of Sunil @Tiloo, who used to run the gang in the absence of Sunil @ Tilloo. On 7.10.2016 they both alongwith Himmat @Chiku had fired at the staff of Toll at village Singhu Toll and a case vide FIR No. 563/16 u/s 307/34 IPC and 27/54/59  Arms Act PS Alipur was registered. Accused Himmat @ Sonu was arrested in this case on 29.10.2016 while they both were absconding. Prior to this on 16.09.2016, they had tried to extort money from two businessmen of Shalimar Bagh. In this regard two cases vide FIRs No. 593/2016 and 594/2016 u/s 387/451/34 IPC were registered at PS Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. On 23.09.2016 they alongwith their associates had fired outside bar of Samoksha at NSP and a case vide FIR No. 514/2016 u/s 336/506/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act was registered at PS NSP, Delhi.  On 16.12.2016, they fired at the office of Real Properties, Burari Road, Bakhtawerpur to terrorize Pardeep so he can meet their demand.   
MODUS OPERANDI  
Both the accused persons having country made pistols. They used to terrorize the businessmen by firing on their enterprises to extort money.  Both are the member of Sunil @ Tillu Gang.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp.
