Accused was wanted and arrested in a case of attempt to murder of PS Rajouri Garden, Delhi and was evading Court proceedings after he was released on bail by the Court. He was declared proclaimed offender in this case by the concerned Court. He was previously involved in 07 criminal cases of PS Hari Nagar, Delhi. INCIDENT : On 21.01.2011, one businessman, who has a business of sale/purchase of cars in Ashok Nagar and Tilak Nagar, Delhi, and his friends Dharampal and Mahesh Bajaj were almost beaten to death by Sandeep Gaba and his associates. The team of PS Swaroop Nagar has worked out a case of kidnapping of minor girl aged about 2 years in less than 48 hours. On 26.08.2016 Smt. Parvati (name changed) residing in the area of Swaroop Nagar lodged a PCR call about the missing of her daughter Gauri (aprox-2 Yrs) (name changed) from the Friday Market, Swaroop Nagar, Delhi.  She suspected that some unknown person has kidnapped her daughter.  A case of kidnapping was registered at PS Swaroop Nagar on her statement and taken up for investigation by ASI Bijender Singh.  A dedicated team was immediately constituted on the direction of Sh.
