A BLIND MURDER CASE WORKED OUT

  • 5 ACCUSED PERSONS ARRESTED
  • INCIDENT/TEAM/INVESTIGATION: On 16/8/17, a PCR Call was received at Police Station, regarding unknown dead body found in Ganda Nala behind Ranhola Village, Delhi.  Immediately a case vide FIR No. 541/17 u/s 302/201 IPC PS Ranhola was registered and UIDB information was uploaded on Zipnet.

On 23.09.2017, UIDB was identified as that of Abdul Mamud @ Guddu, aged about 27 Yrs, who was missing from Sec-20, Noida, (U.P.). The mobile number of deceased was obtained from his brother and on enquiry the last location of Abdul Mamud @ Guddu was found near Kunwar Singh Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi.  

Immediately, a team under the close supervision of Anand Sagar ACP/Nangloi and Insp. Rajesh Kumar SHO/Ranhola consisting of Inspr./ATO Sahi Ram, ASI Parmender Kumar No 922/OD, HC Naresh No 920/OD, Const Rajeev Kumar No 2502/OD, Const. Vishwas NO 2518/OD and Const. Deepak No 2480/OD was constituted.

During the local enquiry, all sources were activated, intelligence was developed and it revealed that deceased had some financial issues with one Abdul Kaish @Aalam as deceased had given a loan of Rs. 5 lac to Abdul Kaish which the later one was not returning. It was further revealed that on 15/8/17 the deceased went to Kunwar Singh Nagar to collect the debt amount and after that he did not return.  During investigation, a raid was conducted at Kunwar Singh Nagar, Nangloi Delhi, from where one accused namely Manoj Kumar, close friend of Abdul Kaish @ Aalam was caught. During interrogation, he disclosed about the murder of Abdul Mamud @ Guddu and also disclosed the names of co-accused persons. At the instance of Manoj Kumar, other four co-accused persons namely Satish S/o Matadeen, Vikas Kumar S/o Ram Parvesh, Avinash Choubey S/o Ram Parvesh and Gurpreet Bhatia @ Aman S/o Guru Bachan Bhatia were arrested.   He further disclosed that they all were having drinks when Abdul Mamud @ Guddu demanded his money, a quarrel took place between them and Mamud @ Guddu. Consequently, they all killed Abdul Mamud @ Guddu.

  1. Manoj Choudhay S/O Bindeshwer R/O D-5, Near Jurab ki factory, Kunwar Singh Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi Age 38 Yrs. He used to work as Kabadi.
  2. Satish S/o Matadeen R/o D-23, Gali No 17, Kunwar Singh Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi Age 42 yrs.
  3. Vikas Kumar S/o Ram Parvesh R/o H.Ni 1, Gali No 1, Ranhola Extn. Delhi Age-22, Yrs.
  4. Avinash Choudhary S/o Ram Parvesh R/o H.Ni 1, Gali No 1, Ranhola Extn Delhi Age-25 Yrs.
  5. Gurpreet Bhatia @ Aman S/o Guru Charan Bhatia R/o Prince Tent House, 15 Block, Old Moti Nagar, Delhi Age 26 yrs.

Several raids are being conducted at all the possible hideouts of Abdul Kaish @ Aalam to nab him.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
