SENSATIONAL ROBBERY CUM MURDER CASE WORKED OUT

  • EIGHT ACCUSED PERSONS INCLUDING RECEIVER OF ROBBED ITEMS WHILE THEY WERE UNLOADING PLASTIC DANA AT MANESAR, GURUGRAM (HR) WERE ARRESTED.
  • MARKET PRICE OF ROBBED ITEMS IS RS. 8,76,200/- APPROXIMATELY
  • TWO TEMPOS USED FOR LOADING THE ROBBED BAGS WERE SEIZED.
  • MOBILE PHONE OF DECEASED WAS RECOVERED.
INCIDENT:
On 01/10/2017, a PCR call vide DD No. 12-A regarding murder of one security guard in D.R Polymers Godown, opposite Shri Ram Global School, PVC Road, Tikri Kalan, Phirni Road Delhi was received at PS Mundka. On the receipt of call, local police and Special Staff reached at the spot and inspected the scene of crime wherein deceased, identified as Bajrang, age 65 years R/o District Nagaur (Rajasthan) was found tied with one cot using ropes. Later on, when owner of the godown inspected the godown, he found many sacks of plastic dana missing. Hence, case vide FIR No. 265/17 U/s 302/392 IPC was registered at PS Mundka and investigation of the case was taken up by local police and Special Staff simultaneously.   
INVESTIGATION & TEAM: 
Considering the gravity of blind robbery cum murder case of PS Mundka, a dedicated team of Special Staff, Outer District namely SI Pardeep, SI Kamlesh, ASI Virender, ASI Devender, ASI Sunil Dutt, ASI Balkishan, ASI Ashok, HC Rohtash, HC Manoj, HC Pardeep,  HC Virender, Ct. Dharmender, Ct. Ajay Chiller, Ct. Deepak, Ct. Sunil, Ct. Rahul, Ct. Ajay, Ct. Amit, Ct. Paramjit Singh  and Ct. Sandeep Yadav was constituted which was led by Insp. Sukhbir Malik, I/C Special Staff under the overall supervision of Sh. Dinesh kumar, ACP/Operations, Outer District, Delhi.
All the sources were deployed, informers were activated and CCTV footages were scanned. All workers working in the said godown and another located at Kirti Nagar, Delhi were questioned and verified. On 06.10.2017, based on various inputs, information received and technical resources, a trap was laid at Kirti Nagar, Delhi and one of the accused persons was arrested who disclosed his identity as (1) Umesh. During interrogation, Umesh confessed the crime committed by him along with his other co-accused persons and robbed mobile phone of deceased was also recovered from him. He further added that other co-accused persons had left for IMT Maesar, Gurugram, Haryana to sell the robbed plastic dana. Hence, an immediate raid was conducted at IMT Maesar, Gurugram, Haryana where remaining co-associates namely (2) Raj Dev (3) Chotu (4) Jokhu Sahni (5) Nand Kishor (driver) (6) Mangilal (driver) were found unloading the robbed plastic dana at IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana. Hence, all the remaining accused persons were nabbed red handed while unloading the plastic dana. Receiver of stolen items namely (7) Satypal and his Manager (8) Ram Kishan were also nabbed from the spot who received the robbed plastic dana without any bill/receipts.
INTERROGATION:-
During interrogation, all the accused persons disclosed that they are good friends and they planned the said robbery of plastic dana. They also disclosed that security guard of the said godown was obstructing them in committing the said dacoity and hence they tied him with a cot and murdered him as they feared that he would later identify them. Later on, they loaded all the plastic dana in two Tempos and left the spot. After the robbery, they sent Umesh to Kirti Nagar after 4-5 days to ascertain the situation. When they realized that police has not doubted upon them, they decided to sell the robbed plastic dana in Gurugram, Haryana.
RECOVERY:  
  1. 201 robbed sacks of plastic dana were recovered from the possession of accused persons. Out of which, 40 sacks of PMMA dana costs Rs 5000/sack and 161 sacks of ABS resin dana costs Rs 4200/sack in open market.
  2. Robbed mobile phone (make Nokia) of deceased Bajrang was recovered from the possession of accused Umesh.
  3. Tempo bearing RC No. HR-55AA-2874 and RJ-49-GA-1403 used in the commission of crime were seized.

  5. Nand Kishore @ Bobby R/o Tijara, Rajsthan aged 32 years  (Driver of Tempo).
  6. Mangilal R/o Distt. Hanumangarh, Rajsthan aged 26 years.
  7. Satypal Kamboj R/o  Gurugram, Haryana aged 57 years.
  8. Ram Kishan R/o Distt. Gurugram, Haryana aged 37 years.
