KIDNAPPER CUM MURDERER WHO MURDERED THE MCD EMPLOYEE ARRESTED

A desperate wanted kidnapper cum murderer namely Dharampal @ Dhankad aged 25 years R/o Village Kusumbra, PS-Aonla, Distt. Bareilly, UP arrested and one country made pistol and two live cartridges recovered from his possession.
INFORMATION
On 04.07.2017, Anti Snatching & Robbery Cell/North East District received an information regarding wanted kidnapper cum murderer and laid a trap in front of Gurudwara, Seelampur. As per information at about 04:10 PM one person came from Seelampur market towards Gurudwara road. At the instance of informer team acted very smartly and apprehended him. On his search one country made pistol with two live cartridges recovered from his possession and case u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act PS Seelampur was registered.
TEAM
A team consisting of HC Bijender, HC Anil, Ct Sarwan, Ct Irfan Ahmed under the leadership of Insp. Aishveer Singh, Insp/Anti Snatching and Robbery Cell/North East District and close supervision of Sh. Shashank Jaiswal ACP/Seelampur was formed.   
INTERROGATION
On sustained interrogation accused Dharampal @ Dhankad had given Rs.70,000/- to one Naresh Kuma R/o , Distt. Bareilly UP, aged 40 year, who was working as a MTS in MCD and posted in East Zone/MCD and residing at rented in Trilokpuri, Delhi. The said Naresh Kumar also took loan Rs.1,50,000/- another person of his village resident namely Jagpal. Dharampal and Jagpal continuously demanding for return their money but Naresh did not refund their money both of them ultimately decided to kill Naresh.

On 18/01/2017 they kidnapped Naresh from Mayur Vihar area and took him to village Amnabad Greater Noida West at the Room of Dharampal when all of them consumed alcohol. As per conspiracy Dhrampal and Jagpal gave heavy quantity of alcohol to Naresh and when he became under heavy influence of alcohol took him in lonely street in night and attacked him with fist, caught hold his head and hit with a wall many times and brutally murdered him. Before murder all the belonging and shirt was robbed by the accused persons and there no clue about the Naresh till now.

Dharampal @ Dhankad aged 25 years R/o Village- Kusumbra,
PS Aonla,Distt-Bareilly,UP. He is illiterate and married but have no children. He is working as a labour under construction building in Noida and living in a rented Room at village Chaproli, Noida, UP.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
