A Wanted Criminal (Lady) of Human Trafficking

Traced And Handed over to PS Gang Nahar, Roorkee,
Haridwar,  Utrakhand.
 The staff of Police Post Madipur, PS Punjabi Bagh has traced one lady wanted in a case of Human Trafficking of PS Gang Nahar, Roorke, Haridwar. With her arrest a case of PS Gang Nahar, Haridwar, Uttrakhand has been worked out.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED:-
“ABC” W/o Sandeep (name changed), R/o Madipur, Delhi.  Permanent Address- Shakur Pur, Delhi.
CASE WORKED OUT :-
  1. FIR No. 122/17, u/s 376/366/370 IPC, PS Gang Nahar, Haridwar, Uttrakhand.
INFORMATION  :-
On 27.5.17, a PCR call was received that one lady has brought some girls from Bengal. The said call was entrusted to HC Shashi Kumar of PP Madipur who reached the spot and found a quarrel between Sandeep (name changed), R/o  Ganesh Pur, Roorkee  and his Second wife “ABC” (presently residing in the area of PP Madipur). Both were drunk and quarreling with each other but due to a matrimonial dispute the call was filed. On enquiry, it was revealed that she works as a maid agent. HC Shashi verified the details of “ABC” and her husband from their previous residential address in Shakur Pur and verified their antecedents from other maid agencies.

On verification, it was revealed that the lady is wanted in some cases of Haridwar. All the Police Stations falling in the jurisdiction of Haridwar were contacted and eventually, S.O/PS/Gang Nahar informed that one lady “ABC” is wanted in a case FIR No. 122/17, U/s 376/366/370 IPC, PS- Gang Nahar, Roorkee,  Haridwar, Utrakhand. But her complete details are not available with him, however, complainant can identify her. The photograph of accused was shared with SO/PS/Ganga Nahar which was further shown to complainant who identified the accused. SO/PS/Ganga Nahar sent his team and the lady “ABC” was interrogated. Subsequently, the lady was arrested in the said case by Ganga Nahar Police.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru.
