Sensational blind murder solved

With the arrest of accused persons namely Beeru Singh s/o Ram Prakash Singh r/o Village Malasa, PS Bhognipur, Disstrict Kanpur Dehat, UP and  Hemant Singh s/o Jaichand r/o Village Malasa, PS Bhognipur, Disstrict Kanpur Dehat (UP) , police team of PS H N DIN had solved a sensational blind murder case within the shortest period and recovered the weapon of offence.

INCIDENT & TEAM

On 26/04/17 at 8.15 am, a PCR call vides DD No-10A that one male dead body is floating in Barahpula Nala near Madrasi camp. Jangpura New Delhi, was received at PS H N DIN. On the receipt of the PCR call, Insp Surender Singh, SI Bharat Singh and SI Amit Pratap reached the spot where a dead body of a male person aged about 25-30 Yrs was lying in the ganda Nala water in Barahpula Nala. The dead body was pulled out from nala, which was in decomposed condition. His pockets were searched and his ID proofs were found in his purse  through which he was identified as Bhupender Singh S/o Sh Lal Singh R/o- Village Malasa, PS Bhognipur, Disstrict Kanpur Dehat UP  aged about 28 Yrs.  According to ID proofs he was working in Trivandrum Rajdhani Express train as a waiter in pantry car and residing in a rented room in Sarai Kale Khan Area. Information about his death was sent to his family through local police of PS Bhiognipur Kanpur Dehat. The body was sifted to AIIMS Mortuary. On 27/04/17 Postmortem was conducted vide PM No-578/17 and PM report was kept pending by autopsy surgeon. The PM report was received on 11.05.17 mentioning the cause of death “Blunt force impact on head which is sufficient to cause death”. Injuries are anti-mortem in nature. Accordingly a case Vide FIR No-93/17 dated 11/05/17 u/s- 302 IPC was registered at PS H N DIN and investigation was taken up by Insp Surender Singh.

Keeping in view the gravity of the case, a team comprising with Insp Surender Singh,  Insp Invest/ PS H N DIN,  SI Bharat Singh, SI Amit Pratap Singh , HC Akhilesh No-3353/SE, Hc Heera Lal No 2939/SE under the supervision of Insp Jarnail Singh SHO/PS H N DIN overall supervision of Sh. Harcharan Verma  ACP / NFC  was constituted.

INVESTIGATION

A case Vide FIR No-93/17 dated 11/05/17 u/s- 302 IPC was registered at PS H N din on DD entry as the murder was blind and no eye witness found. Investigation was taken up by Insp Surender Singh. During the course of investigation it came to notice that a number of boys of same age group and same village are working in pantry cars of various train which starts journey from H N din railway station to various cities. All the boys are also residing in rented rooms in Sarai Kale Khan area. All the persons were deeply interrogated and during interrogation of one Jairam, it came to notice that the deceased was last seen on 23/04/17 at H N DIN Railway station at about 8 PM and deceased took the keys of lock of room of Jairam and stated him that he would drink with two person namely Beeru and Hemant. Both Beeru and Hemnat are cousins and working in train as waiter and also from the village of deceased.  The elder brother of deceased also suspected over Beeru Singh and Hemant because Bhupender slapped Beeru’s father two years ago in village. Both Beeru and Hemant were apprehended and deeply interrogated. On interrogation both disclosed that during the liquor party on the intervening night of 23/04/17 and 24/04/17 at the rented room of Jairam at H NO-10, Sarae Kale Khan, New Delhi, some hot talks exchanged between deceased and Hemnat and deceased Bhupender slapped Hemant. On this both Beeru and Hemant became anguish and Beeru told to Hemnat that Bhupender also slapped your father in the past and now he slapped you, today we should finish him.  They made a plan and got ready. Bhupender went to Barahpulla to take more drink and at about 3 am they took Bhupender to the Barahpulla Nala and Hemant kicked Bhupender, while they were standing on the road near the nala, Bhupender fell down from the footpath on the land 7-8 feet below the road. Both Hemant and Beeru had beaten him and when he fell down both Beeru and Hemant lifted a heavy concrete stone and struck on his head. Bhupender died by this impact. Both Beeru and Hemant pulled him up to the water of nala and threw him in the nala.  

With the painstaking efforts of the blind murder case was solved and both the accused persons were arrested and the blood stained heavy stone used in murder has been recovered from scene of occurrence on the instance of both the accused persons. Blood stained cloths of accused persons have also been recovered from the rooms of accused persons.  

PROFILE OF ACCUSED

Both the accused persons (1.) Beeru Singh S/o Ram Prakash Singh R/o Village Malasa, PS Bhognipur, Disstrict Kanpur Dehat UP aged about 22 Yrs  and (2) Hemant Singh S/o Jaichand R/o- Village Malasa, PS Bhognipur, Disstrict Kanpur Dehat (UP) aged about 18 Yrs are close cousins and both are working as waiter in Banglore Rajdhani express. Both have been living in rented room in Sarae Kale Khan New Delhi
