ONE PROCLAIMED OFFENDER OF A MURDER CASE ARRESTED

  • ONE SOPHISTICATED PISTOL WITH 4 LIVE CARTRIDGES RECOVERED

INTRODUCTION:-The Special Team of the Crime Branch has arrested one accused person namely Madhu @ Mannu @ Ajay, S/o Sh. Siya Saran, r/o Gali No. 26, Bengali Colony, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi and one sophisticated pistol along with 4 live cartridges were recovered from his possession. He is wanted in a murder case registered vide FIR No. 96/14, U/S 307/302/34 IPC of P.S. Mahindra Park, Delhi and has been declared as a Proclaimed Offender by the order of Hon’ble Court in this regard, as he has been evading his arrest since 2014.
INFORMATION & TEAM:-
In the wake of some firing incidents in outer Delhi and North-West District, a team led by ACP Ms. Shweta Singh Chauhan consisting of Inspr. Sanjay Dahiya, SIs Dinesh Malik, Karan Singh, ASIs, Yashpal Singh, Anil, HCs Kavindar Pal, Anil Malik, Dinesh, Bhoop Singh, Anil Hooda, Parveen, Cts. Parvesh Sandeep and  Ankush was constituted under the close supervision of DCP Dr. G. Ram Gopal Naik to nab such criminals to control such crimes.
On 16.05.2017, a secret information was received by HC Anil Hooda, No. 1414/Crime that one person having illegal arms & ammunition wanted in a murder case of P.S. Mahindra Park, Delhi would come at 41 Foota Road, Pepsi colony, Burari, Delhi. Acting on this information, the team laid a trap at the given place and nabbed one accused person namely Madhur @ Mannu while he was waiting for someone. On his cursory search, one country made sophisticated pistol having 4 live cartridges were recovered from his possession. One Aprilia scooty was also recovered from his possession. On this, a case vide FIR No. 72/17, u/s 25 Arms Act, P.S. Crime Branch, Delhi was registered in this regard.
INTERROGATION & MODUS OPERANDI:-
During sustained interrogation, the accused Madhur @ Mannu disclosed that he had procured this pistol from one person belonging to Bhalswa, Delhi. Efforts are being made to establish and trace the source of illegal arms & ammunitions.
PROFILE: -
         The accused Madhur @ Mannu (28 yrs) S/o Sh. Siya Saran Singh,  is a permanent resident of Bengali Colony, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi. He has studied upto 10th class. He is married and has two daughters. He fell in bad company in 2010 and to earn quick and easy money, he started commiting crimes like snatching, theft, etc.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-.
