SENSATIONAL BRUTAL MURDER CASE SOLVED

 The staff of Police Station Kapashera, South-West District has arrested one accused namely Lokesh (Age-26 Years) S/o Sh. Ramavater Yadav R/o H.No. 326, Keel factory Wali Gali, Kapashera, Delhi and solved one sensational brutal murder case within 12 hrs.

Gist of the case:-

On 02.10.2016, an information was received from Jag Shanti Hospital, Kapashera, Delhi regarding admission of an injured person due to stabbing at Police Station – Kapashera and same was entrusted to SI Praveen Kumar. SI/IO Praveen reached in the Hospital and found that injured Rupak s/o Krishan Kumar (age-20 years) r/o H. No. 460, near Yadav Chaupal, Kapashera was under treatment vide MLC No. 118/16. Doctor opined that Patient is unfit for statement. SI Parveen along with staff reached at the spot where he met one Alam @ Ram S/o Javvar. He told that he is the eye witness of the incident. SI/IO Parveen recorded his statement in which he stated that he was present at his shop then one namely Rupak came to his shop for hair cutting and put his goggle on the table. In the mean time, Lokesh also came at his shop and picked up the Rupak goggle. Rupak said to Lokesh to give back his goggle but Lokesh did not return the same. On this, both started the quarreling for it and Lokesh took out one sharp article from his pocket and stabbed Rupak several times. After that, Lokesh ran away from the spot.

On the statement of Aalam @ Ram, a case vide FIR No. 282/2016 dated 02.10.2016 u/s 307 IPC was registered at PS Kapashera and further investigation was taken up. On the same day at 07:30 PM, an information was received regarding death of deceased and u/s 302 IPC was added and further investigation was handed over to Insp. Kusum Dhama.

INVESTIGATION/OPERATION& TEAM:-

Three teams were constituted to arrest the accused person under the supervision of ACP/Dwarka. For the search of accused person, various raids were conducted at hideouts of accused and after sustained and sincere efforts, accused Lokesh s/o Ramavater (Age-26 years) r/o H. No. 326, Keel Factory wali gali, Kapashera, Delhi was apprehended from main bus stand Ghumanhera, Delhi in the wee hours when he was trying to escape from his maternal uncles house.

During sustained interrogation, accused confessed his involvement
