HABITUAL GIRL CHILD STALKER, WHO USED TO STALK INNOCENT SCHOOL GOING GIRLS THROUGH INTERNET, ARRESTED

 With the arrest of one Jagdeep Singh S/o Gurmukh R/o  V&OP Hafizabad, Teh. Chamkaur Sahib Distt. Ropar Punjab, the police staff of P.S Kirti Nagar/West District have successfully  solved a case of West District. Said accused is a habitual child stalker, who used to stalk innocent  school going girls through internet.
Brief Facts:  One complainant of Kirti Nagar stated in his complaint that some unknown person whose name and address later found to be as above,  through fake facebook account is messaging his relative with derogatory edited images and pressurizing her to have physical relations with him with threatening that if she would not do as told, he will circulate the edited images of the victim girl with sexual explicit caption at the social sites. Accordingly, case FIR No. 367/16 u/s 354(A) IPC & 11/12 POCSO ACT was registered at police station Kirti Nagar.

INCIDENT, TEAM AND ARREST
          In the recent past, several incidents of online stalking of women and teenager girls were reported. In order to prevent these incidents and to nab the criminal involved in it, effective strategy was formulated, after analysis of his  modus operandi, a police team of police station Kirti Nagar, comprising SI Jhabbu Ram, D-4628, HC Anil Pandey No. 86/W, Ct. Pardeep No. 1258/W, under the close leadership of Inspr. Anil Kumar Sharma-SHO/Kirti Nagar and supervision of Sh. H.S.P. Singh-ACP/Rajouri Garden, was constituted to nab the criminal involved in it. The team so formed worked relentlessly.  In-depth technical surveillance was mounted. A honey trap was laid and the team started chatting with the accused from the facebook account's of the teenager  victim and then win the confidence of the accused Jagdeep Singh. The team further allured him to chat on whatsapp first and then converse over phone. After gaining his trust and alluring him more, team somehow managed to fix a meeting in the name of ‘date’ with the accused. The combined effort yielded in rich dividend and the team  successfully nabbed the accused Jagdeep Singh while he was coming for the planned fake date.

RECOVERY
(1) Mobile phone from which  the accused used to access to the social networking applications, through which he was doing all these derogatory and criminal activities.

(2)  Huge no. of printouts sent by the accused to the complainant as well to the other innocent prays.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
