One missing minor girl from Rajasthan rescued

  • The girl was lured through Facebook and whatsapp.
  • 2 mobile phones recovered
  • One person arrested by the Rajasthan Police with the help of AHTU of Delhi Police.
The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has rescued one missing minor girl from Rajasthan and one person namely Imraan, S/o Tarahuddin, R/o Village Loom, PS  Chaproli, Distt. Baghpat, U.P., age 22 years was traced out for kidnapping the minor girl from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
INTRODUCTION:-
       A team of PS Mansarovar South, Jaipur, Rajasthan, approached the office of DCP/Crime Branch, along with the complainant  of Case FIR No. 190/17, dated 15.03.17 u/s 363 IPC and informed that one minor girl has been kidnapped from jaipur on 14.03.17. They requested to help them in tracing the victim.
TEAM AND OPERATION:-
       On receipt of this complaint, a team was constituted at once in the close supervision of DCP/Crime (SER, ST & AHTU), Dr. G. Ramgopal Naik, led by Ms. Shweta Singh, ACP/AHTU/Crime and Inspector Virender Kumar, ASI Vinod, HC Joginder, HC Phraphul Joshi and L/Ct. Jyoti and ASI Omparkash and Const. Vimlesh of PS Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  Efforts were made to trace the girl in the area of Gari, Mahipalpur and Vasant Kunj Delhi areas on the basis of technical analysis. Some unknown persons were also making calls to the parents of the victim to come to Delhi.
On enquiry, it came to notice that the mobile numbers of suspects were taken on fake address/IDs and continuous calls were made to the parents of the victim.
Subsequently, during intensive field operation by the Crime Branch team & Rajasthan Police, one person namely Imraan, s/o Tarabuddin r/o Village Loom PS Chaproli, Distt. Baghpat, U.P., age 22 years was detained from the area of PS Vasant kunj. The victim minor girl was also rescued from the spot. The above person tried to flee away from the spot along with his elder brother but could not succeed. The mobile phone of the victim and the suspect were also recovered.
The enquiry in the matter reveals that the victim was called to Delhi from Jaipur on 14.03.17, by contacting her on Facebook and whatsapp and on the pretext of a good future and to marry her was lured into it. Fake name was used by Imraan to contact the girl. She was forcefully kept in the rented house at Mahipalpur, Delhi. When the victim came to know the reality of Imraan, she denied to live with him and resisted. She was beaten up and her mobile phone was snatched by Imraan.
The girl was safely rescued and both the girl and the accused were handed over to Rajasthan Police for further necessary legal action. The further legal action is being taken by the I.O of PS Mansarovar, jaipur, Rajasthan, vide FIR No. 190/17 u/s 363 IPC dt. 15.03.17.
