INTERSTATE GANG OF CHEATS BUSTED BY THE POLICE OF NORTH EAST DISTRICT

INCIDENT
On 05.03.2017, a Case vide FIR No. 84/17 u/s 420/34 IPC was registered at P.S. Bhajanpura on the complaint of Sh. Mahesh Chand Sharma S/o Jawala Prashad R/o Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. in his statement complainant stated that while he was checking the balance of his Bank account in PNB ATM situated at C-Block Yamuna Vihar, three boys came there and exchanged his ATM Card. Later on, the transaction of Rs 74,000/- have been made by them through his ATM Card and they have purchased Mobile SAMSUNG S-7 and clothes by this ATM Card through ATM Card.  
INVESTIGATION  & TEAM
During the course of investigation, the CCTV footage of the concerned ATM and shops were obtained. After showing the photographs of culprits to secret informers, they have been detailed to collect the information about culprits. On 06.03.2017, a secret information was received about the accused and the same was brought into the notice of senior officers. Accordingly, as per order of senior officers, a team consisting of SI Prem Pal, SI Sachin, ASI Satish Kumar, HC Amrish Panwar, Ct. Devender, Ct. Ankit and Ct. Arun  under the leadership of  Inspr. Kishan Kumar SHO/Bhajanpura and under the overall supervision of Sh. Sachin Sharma. ACP/Gokulpuri was formed.  On the instance of secret informer, one accused namely Khursheed S/o Mohd. Naushad R/o Indirapuri, Laxmi Garden, Loni, Ghaziabad, UP aged 24 years was arrested from Anand Sagar Restaurant, Wazirabad Road, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi and 6 ATM Cards and a Santro Car No. DL-7CP-4591 recovered.
On sustained interrogation of the accused Khursheed the said purchased Mobile SAMSUNG S-7 was recovered with its bill from his house. On sustained interrogation of the accused, it came to know that the accused has got changed the IMEI No. of the said mobile from one Taslim S/o Sabber Ahmed R/o Toli Mohalla, Loni Ghaziabad, UP aged 22  years. On the instance of the accused Khursheed, his co-accused Taslim was also arrested in this case and a Laptop containing the software of Z3X which is used to change the IMEI No. of any mobile. 10 Mobiles were also recovered from the possession of accused Taslim.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-. He is a dreaded criminal of PS Shalimar Bagh and is involved in total 15 cases including two murders at PS Burari & Mandir Marg.
