A SENSATIONAL BRUTAL MURDER CASE AT SCHOOL WORKED OUT WITHIN THREE HOURS

INCIDENT : On 26.02.17, at 2304 hrs. an information regarding murder of watchman at  Nav Bharti Senior School, Sri Nagar, Delhi was received at P.S. Sarai Rohilla vide DD No. 51-A. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 71/17 dated 27.02.17 u/s 302 IPC was registered and  investigated. Sensational

TEAM: During the course of investigation a team consisting of Inspr. Sahib Singh, ATO/Sarai Rohilla, SI Punit Bharti and  Ct. Satpal No. 1427/N under the leadership of Sh. Satya Prakash, SHO/Sarai Rohilla and close supervision of Ms. Niyati Mittal Kashyap, ACP/Sarai Rohilla, North Distt., was constituted. The team collected the information and come to know that one person namely Rohit aged 21 years s/o Vijay Singh r/o H.No. 56, Gali Akhare Wali, Sindhora Kalan, Choki No. 2, Sarai Rohilla, Delhi along with his girl friend had visited the spot. Accordingly, raid was conducted and arrested the accused Rohit within three hours.  

INTERROGATION

            During interrogation accused Rohit aged 21 years disclosed that he dropped the studies in 9th class and started work as denter at Sri Nagar Auto Market near Sindhora Kalan, Chowki No. 2, Delhi. He was in love with one girl who lives in the same locality. Deceased Pawan works as chokidar in Nav Bharti Sr. Sec. School from 8.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m daily was also lives in the same locality and was very known to the accused person. On 26.2.17 when the deceased was on his duty at the said school, at about 9.30 p.m. accused person came there and requested for providing safe place in the school for him and his girl friend. The deceased allowed the same and after some time accused Rohit alongwith his girl friend visited the school at about 10.20 p.m. The accused with his girl friend were sitting in the park. In the mean time deceased came there and starting touching his girl friend with melafied intention. He objected the same and scuffle started between them. Accused crushed the head of deceased twice with a heavy stone and fled away from the spot along with his girl friend.      

PROFILE OF ACCUSED

             Accused Rohit aged 21 years s/o Vijay Singh r/o H.No. 56, Gali Akhare Wali, Sindhora Kalan, Choki No. 2, Sarai Rohilla, Delhi was born at the given address. His father works as a guard in Roshnara Club. He belongs to a medium family. He dropped his studies in 9th class and started works of denting and painting at Sri Nagar, auto Market near Sindhora Kalan, Chowki No. 2, Delhi.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru.
