INTERSTATE RACKET INVOLVED IN SALE/PURCHASE OF ILLEGAL WEAPONS BUSTED.

  • SIX WEAPON INCLUDING THREE SOPHISTICATED COUNTRY  MADE PISTOL, THREE DESI KATTAS & 12 LIVE ROUNDS RECOVERED.
  • WITH THE ARREST OF TWO DESPERATE CRIMINIALS/ MURDERER (INCLUDING ONE PAROLE JUMPER AND ONE DELHI OUT) ARRESTED.

Crime Branch has arrested two desperate criminal/murderer namely Bhisham @ Chintu and Parwinder @ Balwinder @ Sonu and busted interstate racket involved in sale/purchase of illegal weapons. They are History Sheeters (BC) of Delhi Police and previously involved in many case including murder/ MCOCA/theft/Arms Act etc. Bhisham @ Chintu is a parole jumper in a murder case and an active gang member of Hitender Rawat @ Chottu @ Pahari Gang and Parwinder @ Balwinder @ Sonu is an Externee ordered Delhi Out for one year.
INFORMATION & OPERATION:- 
For the apprehension of wanted hard core criminals involved in sensational and heinous nature cases of Delhi NCR, a team of officers of Crime Branch, under overall supervision of DCP Sh. Madhur Verma, a team led by ACP Ms. Shweta Chauhan, comprising Insp. Satish Kumar No. D-3737, ASI Shailender Singh No. 2548/N, ASI Anand Pal No 910/CR, ASI Parma Ram No 334/CR, ASI Rajesh No 729/CR, ASI Ashok kumar no. 151/CR, HC Praveen Kumar No 119/CR., HC Sohan Lal No. 1339/CR, HC Devdutt No. 352/CR, HC Ajay No. 140/CR HC Ravinder Joon No. 387/CR, HC Ravi Khari No. 714/CR, HC Dinesh No. 956/CR,  HC Vikay Kaushik No. 514/CR, HC Anil Kumar No. 150/CR, Ct Deepesh Kumar No. 1252/CR, Ct Azad Singh 705/CR, Ct. Naveen No. 1506/CR, Ct. Vinod Kumar No 1291/CR Ct. Ankush No. 1396/CR was tasked to make all possible efforts to identify their hideouts and to apprehend them.
On 10/03/2017, specific information was received at ST/Crime Branch by HC Praveen No. 119/CR and HC Sohan Lal No. 1339/CR that the accused would come near Bhalswa Jheel, Delhi to meet his associates. On this information, a team under the supervision of Insp. Satish Kumar, laid a trap near the place of information. The accused Bhisham @ Chintu was apprehended on the instance of informer with one Deshi Katta 315 bore along with two live cartridges. Accordingly a case vides FIR No. 31/2017 u/s 25/54/59 was registered at PS Crime Branch.  He is an active gang member of Hitender Rawat @ Chottu @ Pahari Gang and a History Sheeter (BC) of PS Hauz Kazi. He is also a parole jumper in a murder case vide FIR No. 356/2007 u/s 302/201 IPC; PS Hauz Kazi.
During further investigation of case, on the instance of accused Bhisham @ Chintu further raid was conducted to apprehend the source of weapon/associates of accused and another accused namely Parvinder @ Balvinder @ Sonu s/o Lakhbir Singh r/o HNo. 1936, Gali Ahiran Malka Ganj Subzi Mandi, Delhi was arrested with five firearms including three Country Made sophisticated Pistols, two Desi Kattas and 10 live cartridges. He is History Sheeter (BC) of PS Subzi Mandi and externment order for Delhi out for one year has also been issued by Delhi Police against him.
INTERROGATION:-
During interrogation, Bhisham @ Chintu s/o Late Ved Prakash r/o H.No 2137, Katra Gokul Shah, Sita Ram Bazar, Delhi disclosed that he was born at the said address and he studied upto 12th and started working with Ex Counselor Ashok Jain and in MCD as sweeper.  To become a rich person, he took supari from Ashok Jain to kill Vijay Singh Yadav who had some enmity with Ashok Jain and killed him with his associates. In this connection, he was arrested in case FIR No. 356/2007; PS Hous Kazi. He was again arrested in a murder case of Dehradun. He was also arrested in a MCOCA case of Central Distt. He is a History Sheeter of PS Hauz Kazi and remained in Jail for 10 year in a murder case of PS Hauz Kazi. He was granted interim bail in Oct 2016 and jumped his parole after 16 Dec 2016. After jumping parole, he met with his jail friend Parwinder @ Balwinder @ Sonu and started business of sale/purchase of illegal arms/ammunition.
Parwinder @ Balwinder @ Sonu s/o Lakhbir Singh, R/o H.No 1936, Gali Ahiraan, Malka Ganj, Subzi Mandi, Delhi disclosed that he lived with his family at the given address. He studied upto 10th. He started illegal work and got involved in murder/theft/Arms Act cases and become a History Sheeter of PS Subzi Mandi. Order for Delhi out for one year was also issued against him. After getting released from custody, he started business for sale/purchase of illegal arms/ammunition and satta in his area. After some time he met with Bhisham @ Chintu (a parole jumper) and started illegal work with him. He along with Bhisham @ Chintu used to purchase the illegal weapons from Meerut and Muzaffarnagar U.P.

He studied upto 10th and started illegal work and got involved in murder/theft/Arms Act cases and became a History Sheeter of PS Subzi Mandi. Order of externment for Delhi out for one year was also issued by Delhi Police against him. After getting released from custody, he started business for sale/purchase of illegal arms/ammunition and satta in his area.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru.
