  •  With the arrest of one person, Narcotics Cell, Crime Branch, Delhi has busted an interstate gang of Drug peddler and has recovered 700 gram of fine quality Heroin (Smack).

INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION:-
An information was received by ASI Om Prakash on 17/03/2017 that one person namely Sagar@ Chintu, who is resident of H. No. C-38, Gali No. 8, Vishwas Park, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, Delhi is indulging in supply of Heroin in Delhi after procuring it from Bareilly. The information further entailed that Sagar @ Chintu would come at ring road opposite   Chandgi Ram Akhara near  red light, Delhi by Eco Sports Car.
A team consisting of ASI Om Prakash, HCs Yogender and Sandeep, Ct. Hardeep Kumar, led by Inspr. Vijender Singh, under the supervision of, Shri Sanjeev Kumar Tyagi, ACP Narcotics Cell was constituted. A trap was laid near the red light at Ring Road opposite Chandgi Ram Akhara leading towards Majnu Ka Tila, Delhi. An Eco Sports Car bearing No. DL8C AM-6354 was intercepted and driver of the car  Sagar@ Chintu S/O Sh. Kamal Kumar R/O H. No. C-38, Gali No. 8, Vishwas Park, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, was apprehended. During the search of Sagar@ Chintu, 700 Gram heroin was recovered from his possession, which was seized alongwith the Eco Sports Car bearing No. DL8C AM-6354. A case vide FIR No. 37/17 dated 18.03.2017 U/s 21/25 of NDPS Act was got registered at PS Crime Branch.   
PROFILE:-

Sagar @ Chintu is aged about 25 years. He has one brother and two sisters. He is 9th class drop out from Montessori public school, Jhilmil Colony. His father namely Kamal Kumar was a bootlegger. After leaving his studies, Sagar @ Chintu started helping his father in selling of liquor near his house. About 9/10 years ago his father shifted his house to Raja puri Uttam Nagar. In the year 2011, he came in contact with one Durga, who was a liquor supplier and started selling liquor in bulk in west and south-west Delhi and he  also started selling liquor and Heroin at his house and then he was caught with 9 Grams Heroin by Police of PS Bindapur, Delhi. After his release from Jail he came in contact with a person namely Nihal @ Bhai Jaan@ Bura who is a resident of Bareilly, UP and a supplier of Heroin. Sagar @ Chintu again started selling Heroin at his house after procuring it from Nihal @ Bhai Jaan@ Bura and on 17.03.2017, he was caught in possession with 700 Gram heroin in his possession while he was carrying it from Bareilly in his Eco Sport Car.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
