A team of sleuths of AATS / South West District has arrested two hard core and dreaded criminals namely Joginder @ Kale S/o Late Sh. Bheem Singh R/o VPO-Rawta, Delhi, age-30 yrs and Sancer Pal  S/o  Jai Bhagwan R/o VPO-Bhadnoli, Hapur (UP), age-36 yrs and an auto-lifter Pawan Sehrawat @ Jeetu S/o Sh. Naresh Kumar R/o Village Pochanpur, Near Church, Sector-23, Dwarka, New Delhi in two separate operations.  Accused Joginder @ Kale is a Class 4 dropout and was desperate to establish himself in the world of crime and earn the notoriety of dreaded gangster “RAJPAL”. He associated with Sancer Pal @ Bable and arranged illegal weapons to constitute his own gang. One PISTOL with two live cartridges and a stolen m/cycle Honda Livo has been recovered from their possession. About a month ago Joginder @ Kale and Sancer @ Bable along with two other associates had fired upon a person in Palam Extension. Joginder @ Kale is a dreaded criminal who had killed his sister-in-law (bhabhi) in a family dispute in the year 2008. He was also arrested in a case of Arms Act in Bahadurgarh (Haryana) a few years ago.


TEAM & OPERATION :


On 11.03.2017, a secret input was received that two hardcore and desperate criminals who had fired upon a person in Dwarka area in their attempt to murder him will come on a m/cycle Near Malaria Institute at about 7:30 pm for commission of another crime. Hence under the leadership of Insp. Raj Kumar a team comprising of SI Dharmendra, ASI Roshan Lal, ASI Sanjay, ASI Randhir, HC Parminder, Ct Arjun, Ct Amit, Ct Anil and Ct Manish was formed under the supervision of Sh. Rajender Singh, ACP Operations, which developed & verified the information. A trap was laid by the sleuths of AATS/SWD Near Malaria Institute. At about 7:45 pm, two suspicious persons riding on a M/cycle without registration number were spotted and flagged down for checking at the instance of the secret informer. The motor-cyclist Sancer Pal @ Bable tried to dodge the trap and flee but was brought under control by the raiding team. Sancer Pal @ Bable who was riding the m/cycle and Pillion rider Joginder @ Kale were apprehended and their personal search was conducted. One loaded PISTOL with a live round was found from the possession of accused Joginder @ Kale. One more live cartridge was recovered from his possession. On verification, the Registration No. of the Honda Livo m/cycle was  found to be DL-4S-CL-8499 which was stolen vide e-fir no. 5956/17 dated 25.02.17 U/s 379 IPC E-Police Station (area of PS Ranhola). Thereafter, a case FIR No. 114/17 dated 11.03.17 U/s 25/54/59 Arms Act & 411 IPC, PS Dwarka South, New Delhi was registered and investigation of the case taken up.
In yet another trap laid by the staff of AATS/SWD comprising ASI Surajvir, ASI Rajesh, HC Vinod, HC Pratap, Ct Krishan and Ct Rajesh near Power House, Sector-2, Dwarka, New Delhi, one M/cycle No. DL-11SE-0444 Harley Davidson was stopped for checking. The rider Pawan Sehrawat S/o SH. Naresh Kumar R/o Village Pochanpur, Near Church, Sector-23, Dwarka could not produce any documents of the m/cycle. On verification the Harley Davidson M/cycle was found to be stolen vide e-fir no. 35343/16 dated 02.12.16 U/s 379 IPC E-Police Station (area of PS Dwarka South).  He was apprehended and interrogated who disclosed that he used to steal high end m/cycles for joy-rides and to take his girlfriends around the city for fun. To impress his female friends he used to steal M/cycles of latest model and abandon them when he stole a new one. He has disclosed about his involvement in about eight such cases of M/cycle theft so far.

  2. Sancer @ Bablu S/o Late Sh. Jai Bhagwan R/o VPO-Bhadnoli, Hapur (UP), age-30 yrs
  3. Pawan Sehrawat @ Jeetu S/o Sh. Naresh Kumar R/o Village Pochanpur, Near Church, Sector-23, Dwarka, New Delhi.
Further investigation of the case is in progress and efforts are being made to arrest the co-accused, to affect more recoveries and to ascertain their involvements in other cases also.
