A BLIND/SENSATIONAL MURDER CASE OF P.S VIVEK VIHAR WORKED OUT WITHIN 12 HOURS

  • TWO PERSONS ARRESTED, ROBBED ARTICLES & WEAPON OF OFFENCE RECOVERED
With the arrest of two persons, Shahdara District Police has worked out a blind/sensational Murder case of P.S. Vivek Vihar within 12 hours of it’s registration.
INCIDENT

On 09.03.17, at 06:40 hrs., a PCR Call was received in P.S. Vivek Vihar regarding dead body of a young boy lying at Surajmal Park. When the police reached the ‘spot’, dead body of a boy, aged about 25-26 yrs, was found lying there, with blood oozing out from the right side of the forehead and neck. Deceased’s face was covered with blood and dust. A Case U/S 302 IPC was registered at PS Vivek Vihar on this incident.
TEAM & INVESTIGATION
To solve this blind murder case, a special team comprising of SI Kulbir Rana, ASI Amar Singh, ASI Chatar Sen, HC Sanjay Nain, Ct. Pankaj along with Insp. Heera Lal and staff of Operation Cell, Shahdara District under the supervision of Sh. Surender Choudhary, IPS, ACP/Vivek Vihar was constituted. During the course of investigation, the deceased was identified. Thereafter, members of the special team collected information about the deceased from his friends, family and work place. On the basis of the information thus collected, the team zeroed in on the suspects behind the gruesome murder. Once the suspects were identified, their residential addresses and possible hideouts were raided. Finally, the hard work of the special team paid off and they were successful in nabbing the following two culprits behind the murder :
  1. Arshad S/o Naeem Ahmed R/o H. No. F-282, Gali No.6, Shaheed Nagar, Sahibabad, Gaziabad, U.P. aged 21 years.
  1. Taalib S/o Ayub R/o H. No. F-71/A, Gali No.6, Shaheed Nagar, Sahibabad, Gaziabad, U.P. aged 19 years.



INTERROGATION
On sustained interrogation, the duo confessed to their involvement in murder of the deceased  and further disclosed that they had come in contact with the deceased through a common friend. On the day of incident, they called the deceased at Surajmal Park, Vivek Vihar. When the deceased reached there, the duo took their turns in committing unnatural sex with the deceased. While in the ‘act’, an altercation took place and the duo, in a fit of rage, murdered the deceased with a screw driver and brick pieces lying nearby. After committing the ghastly act, they fled from the spot taking away deceased’s mobile phone, Cash Rs.200/- and Scooty.
RECOVERY
During the course of investigation, the following articles have been recovered from the possession of accused persons :
  1. One Scooty of the deceased, Make-Honda Activa. One mobile phone of the deceased (Make-Honor)
  2. Screw driver used in the offence.


PROFILE  OF ARRESTED PERSONS
  1. Arshad S/o Naeem Ahmed R/o H. No. F-282, Gali No.6, Shaheed Nagar, Sahibabad, Gaziabad, U.P. aged 21 years. He has studied upto 6th class. He is unmarried. He used to work as a waiter at marriage functions.
  1. Taalib S/o Ayub R/o H. No. F-71/A, Gali No.6, Shaheed Nagar, Sahibabad, Gaziabad, U.P. aged 19 years. He has studied upto 8th class. He is unmarried. He used to work as carpenter at a furniture shop.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru.
