Six Desperate robbers arrested

  1. Robbed amount of Rs. 6.40 Lacs recovered.


INCIDENT : A dcoity was committed on 29.08.16 at 11 AM at Seelampur Flyover. The accused persons came on a bike and stopped the bike of the complainant. They   told him that he has teased their sister, picked up a quarrel and forcibly snatched his bag containing Rs. 8 Lacs.  In this respect a FIR No. 441/16 Dated 29.08.16 U/S 392/395/412/120B/34 IPC is presently under investigation at PS Seelampur.
A team consisting of SI Devender Prasad, HC   Layak Ali, Ct. Mukesh, Ct. Subodh, Ct. Vikram and Ct. Ali Hasan was constituted under the leadership of Insp. Kumar Kundan and under overall supervision of ACP/Seelampur Sh. Anand Kumar Mishra.
INVESTIGATION: During the course of investigation, the specially constituted team gathered various information and analyzed electronics data and conducted various raids. On 02.09.2016, the crack team received specific information regarding the accused persons being assembled at Pandushila Parking Gautam Puri. The information was also received that the accused persons would be sharing the looted among themselves. On this information, immediately the crack team placed its position near the Pandushila Park in the evening. At around 6 PM, Six persons namely (1) Kiran Lal Karamakar S/o Ashok Lal R/O B-144, New Usmanpur, Delhi aged 22 Years (2) Raju @ Rajkumar S/o Radhey Shyam R/O K-35/5, Main Road, West Ghonda, Delhi aged 36 years (3) Saleem S/o Farzan R/o Vill.-Pavi Sadatpur, PS Tronica City, Loni Ghaziabad, UP aged 50 years (4) Deepak @ Nonu Verma S/o Jai Karan Verma  R/o Gali No.15, Sewa Dham, Krishna Vihar, Mandoli, Delhi aged 25 years (5) Sonu @ Rahul S/o Sanjay 10/6, K-Block, Gali No.19, West  Ghonda, Delhi aged 22 years and (6) Guddu @ Shahdab S/o Sheikh Afsar R/O Gali No.1, Kachhi Khajoori Delhi aged 22 years. Seeing the Police Team, They tried to flee away but overpowered with the help of accompanying staff. From their possession, an amount of Rs. 5.10 Lacs was recovered.

All the six accused persons were arrested in the present case and presently are on Police Remand. During the course of police remand, further an amount of Rs. 1.30 Lacs has been recovered. Total recovered amount is 6.40 Lacs. Both the motorcycles used in the crime have also been recovered.

INTERROGATION : During the course of interrogation, it has been revealed that Kiran Lal Karmakar informed Deepak @ Nonu that the person staying above his floor used to carry substantial cash and that can be robbed. Deepak @  Nonu shared this information with Raj Kumar @ Raju further contacted Sonu @ Rahul, Guddu @ Shahdab and Saleem and thereafter hatched the entire conspiracy to commit dacoity. On the earlier occasion when they found that the victim is not carrying enough cash, the aborted the plan. On 29.08.16, Kiran informed that today victim is carrying huge cash. Immediately they executed their plan and forcibly snatched the bag from the victim at Seelampur flyover. The two Motor cycles used in the crime are owned by accused Raju @ Rajkumar and Sonu@  Rahul.  The accused persons have confessed to have committed the crime after hatching the entire conspiracy.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
