KIDNAPPING AND MURDER CASED SOLVED BY THE POLICE

INCIDENT : On 31/08/2016 complainant alleged that his daughter aged 14 years had been missing since dated 30/08/16 at 02:00 PM. Complainant suspected that she may have been enticed by some unknown person. On this case FIR No. 649/16 dated 31/08/2016 u/s 363 IPC was registered in PS Khajuri Khas in this regard. Investigation was entrusted to ASI Yamuna Prasad.
On 31/08/2016 the dead body of the kidnapped girl was recovered by UP Police from Khadda Colony, Nasib Vihar, Loni, UP. A case FIR no. 887/16 u/s 302/201 IPC was registered at PS Tronica city, Loni, Ghaziabad, UP and the same information was given in PS Khajuri Khas, Delhi. On this sec 302/201 IPC were added in Case FIR no. 649/16, PS Khajuri Khas and the investigation was handed over to Insp. Omdutt Singh, PS Khajuri Khas. With the help of analysis the team found that her number belongs to one lady and her son JCL is using this Mobile number.
Inspr. Omdutt Singh of PS Khjauri Khas was entrusted the investigation of this case of kidnapped girl. The Investigation officer along with his team comprising of SI Kuldeep Singh, ASI Yamuna Prasad, ASI Umesh, HC Sunil, Ct Sachin and Ct. Asharam led by Insp Yogesh malhotra SHO/ Khajuri Khas under the close supervision of Sh. Narindra Chawla, ACP Khajuri Khas. The team worked relentlessly to trace JCL boy and apprehended him. Used mobile phone Samsung Duos (black colour) was recovered from his possession.
INTERROGATION  : During the interrogation on 04/09/16 JCL in front of his parents disclosed that on dt.30/08/16 at around 4-5 pm He was going to fill CNG gas in TSR and when he reached 4 ½  pusta park, near bank of river Yamuna, he saw a girl. He went to her and the girl asked about the temples in the area. JCL took the girl in TSR into a under construction building. JCL tried to make physical relation with the girl forcefully. But she refused to do so and she came out of that house. She told that if he doesn’t marry her then she will file FIR against him. On this JCL got tensed and he grab one piece of brick and attacked on her head 3 to 4 times from behind and JCL dragged her dead body into a plot and fled away.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
