Special Staff of East District along with local police of PS Kalyanpuri arrested desperate interstate robbers involved in sensational shop robberies cum firing incidents. The names of the arrested persons are:
  1. Hashim @ Doctor s/o Aizaz Ahmad r/o H-86, Sector-12, Noida.
  1. Subham @ Bharat s/o Parkash r/o G Block, MCD Flat No. 460, Jahangir Puri, Delhi.
  1. Vivek Kumar s/o Vishal Kumar r/o Vill- Chitta, PS Airwa, Distt- Auyraiya (UP)
  1. Reshu Prasad s/o Jagdish Prasad r/o Vill- Chhijarsi Sector-63, Noida, Permanent  Address: Vill- Badh, PS Bakhtiyarpur, Distt- Patna .
  1. Kirti s/o Ranveer r/o Vill- Basai, Gurgaon, Haryana.
 



INCIDENT : On Dated 18/09/16, a daylight robbery cum firing incident occurred in the area of PS Kalyanpuri in which six armed robbers on gun point robbed two Kiryana Shops of Durga Market, 9 Block, Khichripur, Kalyanpuri. The robbers were resisted by the shopkeepers and public and on this, all the armed robbers starting firing. Several rounds were fired and four public persons were injured during firing. Case FIR No. 410/16, u/s 395/397/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act PS Kalyanpuri was  registered in this regard.

INVESTIGATION AND ARREST:  After the incident, local police of PS Kalyanpuri as well as Special Staff of East Distt. were assigned the task to nab the armed robbers involved in this incident. A team comprising of SI Vinay Yadav, SI Arun Ahlawat, ASI Joginder Dhaka, HC Manoj, HC Satbir, HC Bakshish, HC Devender, Ct. Rambir, Ct. Aas Mohd., Ct. Sanjay, Ct. Anangpal, Ct. Ampit, Ct.Lokender under the leadership of Insp. Videsh Singhal I/C Spl Staff/East and Insp Narender Singh SHO/Kalyanpuri and overall supervision of ACP/Kalyanpuri Sh. Gaurav Gupta was constituted and investigation was taken up.

                During the course of investigation, the team of Special Staff tried to develop various information regarding the Gang. Painstaking efforts were made by the special staff as well as local police of PS Kalyanpuri and the criminal intelligence system/information was activated. Technical surveillance was also mounted on suspects. During this process, secret information was received by SI Vinay Yadav on 23/09/16 that the Gang Leader Hashim @ Doctor and Shubham are present in Sector 12 Noida. A raid was conducted by teams of Special Staff and PS Kalyanpuri. Both Hashim @ Doctor and Subham were arrested and on interrogation, two more accused persons namely Rishu and Vivek were arrested from Village-Chaura, Noida. Later, all above mentioned accused persons were arrested in the case.





INTERROGATION: On Sustained interrogation, Hashim @ Doctor disclosed that he and his associates were arrested in a robbery case and were in Bhondsi Jail. At Bhondsi Jail they planned that Kiryana Shops and whole sale shops are soft targets and can be robbed easily.They also thought that Kiryana Shops have huge cash. They mostly target wholesale Kiryana Shops. During interrogation, they have disclosed that during the last 3-4 months, they have committed such dacoities in New Ashok Nagar area, Mansarovar Park area of Delhi, Khora Colony area of Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Hashim @ Doctor used the stolen bike on same Registration number as of his personal bike.

6. Case FIR No. 98/16 u/s 307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act PS Sector-10, Gurgaon.
7. Stolen Motorcycle from Sector-12, Noida.
8. Stolen Motorcycle from Sector-12, Noida.
RECOVERY:

  1. Two Country Made Improvised Pistols
  2. Two Country Made Desi Katta
  3. Seven Live cartridges.
  4. Five Empty used Cartridges.
  5. Two Motorcycles found to be stolen from PS Sector-24 Noida.
  6. One Motorcycle bearing No. DL2SP7860. The Registration Number of this motorcycle was used on stolen bike. This bike is owned by Hashim @ Doctor’s wife.
  7. Some robbed articles.
