NOTORIOUS CHEATER/LAND GRABBER AND DANGEROUS CRIMINAL ARRESTED

With the arrest of one accused person namely Charanjeet Singh @ Dabbu S/o Late Jagdish Chopra R/o 30/A-2, Gali No.1, Maujpur, Delhi aged 40 years, police of District Investigation Unit, North East District has solved the land grabbing case vide case of PS Sonia Vihar.
BRIEF FACTS:   One Lalit tayal filed a complaint against one woman, Anil Kumar and others alleging that Anil Kumar was care taker of his 700 sq. yards land (village Sadatpur Musalman) situated at 4th Pusta, Sonia Vihar, Delhi and a Civil Petition was pending between Lalit tayal and Anil Kumar. But one woman with conspiracy of Anil Kumar prepared forged documents of the land and grabbed the same. On his complaint present case was registered and later on investigation was transferred to District Investigation Unit, North East District.
TEAM : On 16.09.16, an information was received by Inspr. B.K Singh of DIU/NE that Charanjeet @ Dabbu will come at Police Station Sonia Vihar. A team consisting of Inspr. B.K Singh, HC Charan Singh, HC Vikram and Ct. Dipanker under the close supervision of Sh. Ram Chander, ACP/DIU was formed.   The team acted promptly and tactfully and affected the arrest of Charanjeet @ Dabbu.
INVESTIGATION : During course of investigation, all concerned documents related to the plot were collected. The demarcation of the land was got conducted through SDM/Tehsildar Seelampur. The demarcation proved that the land is part of Village Sadatpur, Musalman, Sonia Vihar. The documents produced by alleged one lady was of Village Bakiyabad, Sonia Vihar, Delhi.  This proves the conspiracy. All witnesses were interrogated. During course of investigation, it came on file that Charanjeet Singh @ Dabbu S/o Late Jagdish Chopra R/o 30/A-2, Gali No.1, Maujpur, Delhi aged 40 years is the king pin of the conspiracy. He remained instrumental throughout preparation of all forged documents in name of woman and further selling the same to other persons. After collecting sufficient evidence, raids were conducted to nab Chranjeet @ Dabbu and co-accused woman who is still absconding.
PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENT
Charanjeet @ Dabbu is a notorious criminal of PS Jafrabad having previous involvement of 47 criminal cases including MCOCA. Earlier, he was involved in cases with theft, robbery, dacoity, arms act and fake currency. Now he has changed his modus operandi and is targeting disputed plots in remote unauthorized colonies.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. There is a long history of gang war in Najafgarh and adjoining areas. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-. He is a dreaded criminal of PS Shalimar Bagh and is involved in total 15 cases including two murders at PS Burari & Mandir Marg.
