  • MEMBER OF DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTE REDRESSAL FORUM (SOUTH-I), C-22 & 23, UDYOG SADAN, QUTUB INSTITUTIONAL AREA, SECOND FLOOR, BEHIND QUTUB HOTEL, MEHRAULI, DELHI ARRESTED.

A complaint of Mr. Vinod Negi was received at Anti Corruption Branch, Delhi regarding the demand of bribe by Mr. Surender Singh Fonia, Member of District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum (South-I).
Sh. Vinod Negi S/o Late Sh. Anand Singh Negi R/o B-152, Second Floor, Ramprastha, near City Center, Ghaziabad, UP, Pin-201011 is working as Executive Officer in The Institute of Charted Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, Delhi-110002. In the year 2006 he booked a flat with M/S VXL Realtors Pvt Ltd which was to be delivered in 2009 but they did not fulfill the terms and conditions of the agreement. Then in the year 2012 he filed a complaint against M/S VXL Realtors Pvt. Ltd. in Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Qutub Institutional Area, Mehrauli, Delhi. His complaint No. 142/2012 titled as Vinod Negi V/s M/s VXL Realtors Pvt. Ltd. was being heard in the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Qutub Institutional Area, Mehrauli, Delhi. Last hearing was on 22.Aug.2016. On that day the president of the Forum said that he will pass the final order and the same will be sent to him by post within 20-25 days. Thereafter, complainant received a telephone call from one Mr. Surender Singh Fonia, the member of the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Qutub Institutional Area, Mehrauli, Delhi who demanded Rs. 1 Lakh as bribe. After negotiations, finally he agreed to accept Rs. 50,000/- for the favorable order.
A raiding party was constituted and a raid was conducted. Mr. Surender Singh Fonia, was caught red handed while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs. 50,000/- from complainant Sh. Vinod Negi. A case under POC Act has been accordingly registered at PS AC Branch, Delhi against Mr. Surender Singh Fonia.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. There is a long history of gang war in Najafgarh and adjoining areas.
