KIDNAPPER ARRESTED FROM BIHAR

  • CAPTIVE (SIX-YEAR OLD-BOY) RESCUSED SAFELY AND RE-UNITED WITH PARENTS.

  • ACCUSED WANTED TO MARRY A GIRL-SISTER OF VICTIM’S MOTHER.IT WAS ONE-SIDED LOVE WITH THAT GIRL. FEELING NO WAY OUT, HE HATCHED A CONSPIRACY TO MAKE PRESSURE ON THE FAMILY,  SO KIDNAPPED THE INNOCENT CHILD.


With the arrest of accused Pintoo Kumar, the sleuths of  police station Mundka/West District have unfolded a sensational case of ‘Kidnapping for ransom’ and rescued safely a six-year-old male child from the clutches of accused Pintoo Kumar.

INCIDENT : On 14.09.16, complainant (mother of the child victim) reported at PS Mundka that her son aged 6 yrs., studying in second standard.  As usual, she dropped him school at about 8 AM.  At about 1 PM, she received a call on her mobile phone from Mob.  No. ( XXXXXX) and the caller disclosed his name as Pintoo.  He informed that her son is in his custody and asked to arrange the marriage of Ms. “Y” (sister of complainant) with him and only then he would hand over the child.
            On receipt of this information, the complainant reached the school and found that her son has already been taken away from school by Pintoo.  Hence, a case FIR No.351/16 dated 14.09.16 u/s 364-A IPC PS Mundka was registered  and investigation was taken up earnestly.
INVESTIGATION : Keeping in view the gravity of offence, the
police came into action swiftly and a police team under the supervision of Sh. Anand Sagar-ACP Nangloi, led by  Inspector Ram Avtar, SHO/Mundka and comprising  SI Manoj Kumar, HC Devender, HC Manoj, Ct Jitender, Ct Seyoji Ram, Ct Sumit, Ct Ram bir, Ct Ramesh  and  Ct Sunil  was constituted promptly. The police team immediately swung into action and the search operation for accused and victim child was started. All codal formalities regarding kidnapping were completed immediately and CDRs of involved mobile were obtained and analyzed deeply. Accused Pintoo contacted the complainant telephonically again and threatened her to arrange his marriage with her sister; else he would eliminate the child.  The location of accused Pintoo was obtained from the service provider. A team headed by SI Manoj Kumar,  HC Devender,  Ct Sunil and  Ct Seyoji Ram alongwith complainant dispatched for Mugal Sarai, Bihar as the location of the mobile phone of accused was on the rail- route to Mughal Sarai, where sister of the complainant resides.  When the team was on the way to Mughal Sarai, Bihar, the location of accused’s phone located in village Devle,  PS Seikh Pura, Distt. Seikh Pura, Bihar where aunt (bua) of accused Pintoo resides. This information was immediately transmitted to Superintendent of Police, Seikh Pura District and SHO/Seikh Pura for surveillance in village Devle Bihar. The team on route to Mughal Sarai also turned to Seikh Pura, Bihar.  The police team reached at Seikh Pura conducted raid at the house of ‘Phoofa’ of accused Pintoo.  Accused Pintoo Kumar was nabbed and victim child was rescued safely from the clutches of accused Pintoo.

INTERROGATION : During sustained interrogation, accused Pintoo Kumar revealed that he alongwith his mother, sisters and brother was residing in village Hiran Kudna.  Complainant was also residing in his neighborhood alongwith her family. He developed intimacy with the husband of complainant and started visiting his house. Once, he visited the native village of the complainant  in  District Bhagal Pur and saw Ms. “Y”, the sister of complainant.  He fell in one-sided love with her and decided to marry her but the complainant and her husband were not agree to this marriage. Hence, he hatched a conspiracy and kidnapped their child on 14.09.2016 from the school and made a threat call to complainant  to the effect that he would eliminate her son if his marriage is not arranged with complainant’s younger sister.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp.
