CASE OF BROAD DAYLIGHT FIRING ON POLICE CONSTABLES SOLVED

Team of Special Staff/West District has arrested a desperate snatchers/robber Sunny @ Ghoose s/o Late Pappu r/o Tilak Vihar, Tilak Nagar, Delhi. Age 22 Yrs. with a stolen scooty Honda Activa (from Moti Nagar).  Three cases have been worked out, with his arrest.

PROFILE : Sunny @ Ghoose s/o Late Pappu r/o Tilak Vihar, Tilak Nagar, Delhi.  Age 22 years has studied upto 5th std. He is previously involved in five criminal cases. With his arrest, two cases of PS Tilak Nagar and one case of PS Moti Nagar are worked out.
DETAILS OF TEAM
On  secret information of ASI Ishwar Singh, a team of Special Staff comprising of SI Charan Singh, ASI Ishwar Singh, ASI Virender Singh, HC Vijender Singh, Ct Satyanarayan, Ct Vikrant and W/Ct Divya Verma, headed by Insp Surender Singh Rathee, under close supervision of Sh. Dinesh Tiwari ACP/ Operation Cell/West District was constituted. The team laid a trap and apprehended the above criminal on 29/09/2016 from Raghubir Nagar, Delhi.
INTERROGATION
     On interrogation, he revealed that he left school after 5th standard and fell in bad company. He is addicted to liquor & ganjha. He started committing snatching /robbery on the stolen Scooty to fulfill his daily needs.  For making easy and big money, he alongwith his associate started committing crimes.

   He disclosed that two months ago, he along with his one associate was coming on a scooty from District Center Janak puri side and were standing at red light Ganesh Nagar Near Aggarwal Sweets; They had altercation with two motorcyclists who were also standing on the same red light. On issue of spitting, they indulged in physical scuffle with them. Motorcyclists caught hold on him and his accomplice.  Accomplice of Sunny took out a weapon from his pocket and fired at one of the police constables.  The bullet hit one of them and he felt down, another constable tried to catch them but they both ran away, leaving their scooty on the spot. This scooty was found to be stolen by them from Tilak Nagar area. Later on, both of them hid themselves at some hideout in Timar Pur area.  In this regard a case vide FIR No 602/16, Dt 21/07/2016, u/s 307/34 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act, was registered at PS Tilak Nagar, Delhi.

      During the course of enquiry, it revealed that accused Sunny @ Ghoose alongwith his accomplice used to commit MV theft and snatching.  Further investigation is underway. Concerned Police Stations have been informed. Raids are being conducted to nab his associate. The staff behind the good work is being rewarded suitably.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. There is a long history of gang war in Najafgarh and adjoining areas.
