NANGLOI: GOVT. SCHOOL PGT TEACHER MURDER CASE CRACKED WITHIN 12 HOURS

  • ONE ACCUSED ARRESTED AND ONE JCL APPREHENDED.
  • RECOVERY: Weapon of offence i.e. Knife and blood stained clothes.
  • After stabbing the teacher, the duo ran away.
 The sleuths of P.S. Nangloi/West Distt. have cracked the murder case of a Govt. teacher with the arrest of accused, a class 12 student of the school, r/o Prem Nagar-II, Delhi, Age- 18 Years and seven months and apprehending one JCL. Weapon of offence i.e. Knife and blood stained clothes have been recovered.

INFORMATION AND OPERATION:-
                  On 26.9.2016, a PCR call vide DD No.35A, was received at PS Nangloi, Delhi regarding stabbing of a teacher by two students in a school. Accordingly, SI Mahesh Kumar reached the Govt. Boys Senior Secondary School, Sultan puri Road, Nangloi Delhi where blood was scattered near the main gate and inside room no. 108. The injured teacher Sh. Mukesh Kumar was found to be rushed to Sri Balaji Action Hospital, Paschim Vihar, Delhi by the Vice Principal of the school.
       In the hospital, the  injured was found in ICU and the vice-principal stated that the above duo are friends. Both are class 12 students and are frequent absentees and indisciplined.  The victim used to point them out and take steps to correct them and maintain discipline in school. The JCL was rusticated from the school on account of his poor attendance. On the fateful day, the duo entered the school and stabbed teacher Shri Mukesh Kumar thrice. During the course of medical treatment, the injured teacher succumbed to his injuries. Accordingly, case vide FIR NO. 418/16, u/s 186/353/307/302/34 IPC was registered at  PS Nangloi and the investigation was taken up earnestly.

In the light of the seriousness of the case, special teams were constituted under the guidance of ACP/Nangloi Sh Anand Sagar, led by SHO/Nangloi Inspr. Sunil Kumar consisting of  SI Mahesh Kumar, SI Pankaj Saroha, HC Sewaram, HC Amit, HC Rajesh,  Ct. Parveen, Ct.Balraj, Ct. Sumit and Ct. Parvesh  to act swiftly and apprehend the culprits and  unearth the case. During search operation of accused, a total 07 teams of the District were formed. Finally, the duo were apprehended near their house. During the course of interrogation, accused revealed that they planned to teach a lesson to the deceased teacher. Accordingly, they bought one knife from nearby area of Nangloi and stabbed teacher Sh. Mukesh Kumar. After committing crime, they roamed around Nithari Lake and Begampur area in the nearby locality till Delhi Police apprehended them. The local sources were also activated and following a tip off the accused was arrested and the JCL was apprehended.
