Sensational Decoity on Ridge Road Budha Garden worked out and 7 robbers arrested

Incident:- On  07/06/2017  Gopal Attri S/o Sh. Mukesh Kumar R/o VPO- Sadarpur, PS Kavi Nagar, Distt. Ghaziabad UP reported that he is a driver and carrying a Tempo containing the shipment of Amazon Company from Delhi to Gurugram. In the night hours at around 11:30PM dated. 06/06/17 a group of  7 robbers incepted his vehicle at ridge road and robbed his vehicle containing goods/shipment on gun point. He further informed that he was forcebly taken in a vehicle and the robbers poured some chilly powder on his eyes and body as well. They threw him out near Raja garden flyover (Ring Road).

Investigation:- The victim complainant took the help of patrolling party of PS Rajouri Garden and reached to police station Chanakya Puri and reported the matter around 02:00 AM dated 07/06/2017. During enquiry with the complainant it was revealed that the robbed vehicle is fitted with GPS. On tracking through GPS, the location of the vehicle was found at Loni Ghaziabad. A team of PS Chanakya Puri was formed headed by SHO Chanakya Puri under the supervision of ACP Chanakya Puri and trace the vehicle abandoned at the road side in Loni Ghaziabad after unloading the   shipments. On further analysis of GPS the movement of the robbed vehicle it was noticed that vehicle was routed through Rameshwar Park, Loni Ghaziabad. On  combing of area, the Eeco, the vehicle used by the robbers was found parked nearby a house located in  the area.  After further zeroing, a raid was conducted in a house and all the 7 robbers along with the robbed items were found. One pistol and 18 live cartridges were also recovered from the possession of accused Pawan. During interrogation of the accused persons their involvement was also found in the robbery commited at Mandir Marg Juridiction one month back and recovery of  some robbed articles of that case was also effected. The mastermind and  gang leader Pawan S/o Late Panch Lal was found involved/ arrested in three other cases of 381, 457 IPC ( Burglary, theft) at PS Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

      4. Rahul Rastogi S/o Premchand Rastogi R/o B-15, Gali No. 6, Nehru      Vihar, Karawal nagar, Delhi.
       5. Mehruddin S/o Imamudin R/o Village- Titrodi, Thana- Singhavali,       Distt- Baghpat, UP
    1. Amar Verma S/o Madho Shyam Verma R/o Vill- Talik Garam, Distt- Kannat, UP.
    2. Amit@ Mama S/o Late Sukhbir Singh R/o B-2, H.No. 19, Rameshwar Park, Loni Ghaziabad, UP have been arrrested in Case FIR No. 58/17 U/s 365/397/34/412 & 25 Arms Act, P.S ChanakyaPuri, New Delhi.

      5. One Maruti Eeco (Used to commit robbery)

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-. He is a dreaded criminal of PS Shalimar Bagh and is involved in total 15 cases including two murders at PS Burari & Mandir Marg.
