MURDER CASE SOLVED WITHIN 2 HOUR

Highlights:- With the arrest of two persons namely Karan Nand Nagri, Delhi and Sunny Nand Nagri, Delhi &  apprehension of a juvenile, Police Staff of PS Nand Nagri have done an excellent work by solving the case of Murder within 2 hours. 

INCIDENT:-  On 15.06.2017, at 10.03 PM, after receiving a PCR call regarding stabbing in quarrel, IO SI Sonal Raj of PS Nand Nagri reached at the spot i.e.C-1 block park Nand Nagri and found that injured had been shifted to GTB Hospital where he was declared brought dead. Later, the deceased identified as Gulfam s/o Julfikar Ali, age 18 yrs, r/o C-1/354, Nand Nagri Delhi. On statement of sister of deceased, a case u/s 302 IPC registered at PS Nand Nagri and investigation was taken up by IO Insp. Vijay Kumar. In her statement, complainant stated that at about 9.00 PM, her brother Gulfam (deceased) was forcibly taken from in front of her house to C-1 park by accused Karan, Sunny and CCL where accused Karan and Sunny hold him(deceased) and accused CCL attacked on her brother Gulfam with a knife. Due to which Gulfam sustained injury over his back and expired in GTB Hospital.

A dedicated team was constituted, comprising of Insp. Vijay Kumar ATO PS/Nand Nagri, SI  Sonal Raj, SI Manoj Kumar, ASI Deviram, Ct. Deepak 3046/NE, Ct Sanchit 1392/NE, Ct Nitin 3341/NE, Ct. Vikas 1971/NE, Ct Pushkar 1877/NE led by Insp. Veer Singh, SHO/ Nand Nagri under close supervision of Sh. Subodh Kumar Goswami, ACP Nand Nagri to solve the case.
During investigation, on 16.06.17 On the instance of complainant the accused persons namely Karan s/o Rannu and Sunny s/o Hari Chand were arrested and they disclosed their involvement in the present case. They further disclosed that deceased Gulfam and CCL were friends and some months ago, CCL had asked Gulfam for his scooty but not only Gulfam had denied but also slapped him. Thereafter, there was an enmity between Gulfam and CCL. CCL also went to Gulfam’s house and threatened for dire consequences. Due to their friendship with CCL, accused Karan and Sunny also developed enmity against Gulfam. They further disclosed that on 15.06.17, they all met and hatched conspiracy to kill Gulfam. On the same day, Gulfam found outside of his house. They forcibly took him in C-1 park, where they beaten Gulfam. On the direction of CCL, Karan and Sunny caught of hold the deceased and CCL stabbed him with a knife. Thereafter, all above accused persons fled from the spot.
 During further course of investigation, on 16.06.07 at 09.30 PM, on the instance of secret information, CCL was also apprehended and knife (weapon of offence) was recovered from his possession.   

Team of PS Nand Nagri have done excellent & dedicated efforts by solving the case of murder within 2 hours with arrest all accused persons and recovery weapon of offence.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. There is a long history of gang war in Najafgarh and adjoining areas.
