NOTORIOUS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED

  • PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN DRUG PEDDLING.
  • PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN A CHEATING CASE.
Crime Branch has arrested one Satbir @ Sabir (32 yrs) s/o Hari Singh @ Hasan Ali r/o VPOPughthala, Sonipat, Haryana, permanently residing at H.No.5644, Gali No.9, Shiv Colony,Karnal, Haryana, who is involved in cheating and NDPS cases.
INFORMATION & OPERATION: -
On 21.07.2016, a secret information was received that one person Satbir @ Sabir, whois a proclaimed offender in case FIR No.136/10 u/s 20/25/29 NDPS Act, PS Crime Branch, and FIR No. 118/14 u/s 419/420/486/471/120BPS Crime Branch,would come at Krishna Nagar Park at about 6:30 PM and if raid wasconducted,he could be apprehended.
Acting upon this secret information,a team led byACPRanbir Singh consisting ofInspr.Devender Kumar,SI Sumit, ASIs Sudhir, Mehak Singh, HCsVikram, Mohan, Cts Manish, Dinesh, Ravinder, Jagdish, Sonu and W/Ct. SarvjeetKaurwas constituted under overall supervision ofDCP Bhisam Singh.
Thereafter,the raiding party reached near Krishna Nagar Park, Delhi and  without wasting time, at 6:00 PM, the team took position nearKrishna Nagar Park,Delhi and nearby places with due care to hide themselves. At about 06:40 PM,a person came to park from main road and on the pointing out ofthe informer, the accusedSatbir @ Sabir wasapprehended.  
On enquiry,itcame to notice that accused Satbir @ Sabirwas declared Proclaimed Offenderin case FIR 136/10 u/s 20/25/29 NDPS Act PS Crime Branch, Delhi by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Sanjay Sharma, ASJ, Spl.Judge (NDPS), KKD Court, Delhi and in FIR No. 118/14 u/s 419/420/486/471/120B PS Crime Branch, Delhi by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Savitri, CMM/SHD, KKD Court, Delhi.After verification,he was arrested u/s 41.1 (C) Cr.P.C.On interrogation, accused Satbir @ Sabir stated that he was not appearing in the court in these cases for the last one and a half years as he had shifted to Karnal, Haryana.

  2. FIR No.250/16 u/s 392/34 IPC PS Krishna Nagar.
  3. FIR No.233/16 u/s 392/34 IPC PS Krishna Nagar.
  4. FIR No.273/16 u/s 392/34 IPC PS Krishna Nagar.
  5. FIR No.276/16 u/s 392/34 IPC PS Krishna Nagar.
It is pertinent to mention here that he managed his bail by the name and addresses of Satbir, without disclosing his previous involvements.

  1. FIR No.136/10 u/s 20/25/29 NDPS Act, PS Crime Branch, Delhi.
  2. FIR No.118/14 u/s 406/420/467/468/471/120B IPC, PS Crime Branch, Delhi.
Accused studied up to9thstandard in a govt. school inHaryana. In 2009, he indulged in snatching toearn easy and quick money.In 2010, he indulged in drug peddlingand was arrested by Delhi Police in case FIR No. 136/10 PS Crime Branch. He was released on bail in 2011 and again indulged in illegal activities.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-. He is a dreaded criminal of PS Shalimar Bagh and is involved in total 15 cases including two murders at PS Burari & Mandir Marg.
